Food is fine… same as any other Jimmy John’s franchise but do not order delivery from this location. It will always be over an hour. Order for pick-up or go in to the store and order there. More of a reflection on the franchise owner than the employees.

It says open until 9 on Google, it’s closed at 7. This is a constant thing that happens with Jimmy John’s locations. Update your online presence, please. I realize this location could have great service when open, but it’s aggravating to constantly not know when something will be open.

This is the worst jimmy John’s location I’ve used. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of my doubt and have ordered from here 4 times. The first time was pleasant. They were fast and on time. The next 2 they were over an hour and a half to get it delivered and the final straw was today when I placed an order on line to be delivered. It’s been a half hour with no delivery confirmation and I’ve tried calling their store and no one is picking up.

Just came from this location – no bread ? How does a sandwich shop run out of bread ? And take that nasty old guy off the counter from taking orders. He gives me attitude every time I come in. This most recent trip after taking orders from two people in front of me with bread visible on trays within view – when I reach the front of the line he mumbles they are out of bread and just walks away. What if I wanted to order a sandwich on lettuce instead ? No option – he just left me standing there. Rude, ignorant and disrespectful.

We ordered a box of subs a day before we needed them from this location, 8pm pickup time before they closed at 9pm on a Friday. The location called around 4pm saying they were closing early due to staffing issues. My husband tried to call back to find out if they were able to cancel/refund the order or if they needed us to pick it up earlier and they hung up on him. We waited a few days since maybe it would drop off and not go through. It did get charged and it wasn’t until WE called them (Wednesday at this point) that they told us we’d need to dispute the charge with our bank and they couldn’t refund it. No time in 5 days had the location tried to contact us, and now we have to jump through hoops to get our money back from Jimmy Johns – terrible business practice!

Ordered a large Italian sub called Vito’s. Nice quick service. Picked it up and when I opened it there was no meat at all in the sandwich. I called to inform them. They wanted the sandwich back and I gave it to them. Until I drove back they did not prepare a replacement. They did apologize and said they did not have the right bread left. So I got two substitutes on the wrong bread.

The staff is great and the store manager Nicole treats all her customers as if they were family!!!! If you are not sure what you want Nicole will ask you some questions about what you like and then suggest something for you to try. Absolutely amazing!!!! I love the beach club.

They had limited staff on Saturday and had to close early. I submitted a web order and learned when I arrived at the store I learned they were closing. They were very professional about the situation and made sure I received a refund. Thank you for taking care of me.
