I ordered on the app, checked in, and waited15 minutes. Had to leave or be late for work. This is not an accident. Another member of my household had a similar experience on the same day. Waited 30 minutes, and was finally served. There is no explanation other than poor management. Two in my family visit this location daily. Until something improves it will be just one, maybe none. This store has good and friendly employees. Management needs to schedule adequate staff or business will drop off drastically. Don’t believe that? What happened to Slaton’s Dairy Queen?

Ordering displays and or screens are dirty full of dirt and sand you can’t see what they are advertising . Portions are never the same amount from day to day . Sonic has already cut sizes of burgers and everything with out this issue. This location is a Poorly maintained franchise . It would be nice to get what you pay for instead of Sonic skimping on portions

Only a two and not a one because the food is decent. Experience/Working equipment/Professionalism on the other hand was horrible. Half the stalls don’t work and there are no signs saying they don’t work so you hop from stall to stall hoping to find one that works. Wait time to order and then get food was extremely lengthy. Absolutely no remorse for being slow, unprofessional and rude. If you see this sonic whilst driving down the road, keep driving or find somewhere else.

Went to 2 diff spots with no answer for service. Finally asked someone delivering order to another car. Seems odd 2 out of 2 ordering devices were out of order. Fast and cheerful service once we got to order.

To start off, we placed our order and the carhop was not paying attention was laughing when she came back on the mic and was probably having convos with her co-workers while trying to listen to the order.. we asked for it to be repeated and still had it wrong so we corrected them. We get our food and it’s still wrong so they have to remake it so it took ten minutes longer so about a total twenty minutes was our wait for an order that is pretty much made such as chili. The manager Abram gave us our shakes but failed to give us straws, he handed out our remake also and failed to give us a receipt but we got our straws after asking.. Sonic never slacked they just need better management, or better workers..

We sat for 6 minutes after pushing the call button. We watched others who ordered through the app get there after us, get their order, and drive away while we still waited for a response. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be back, and from the looks of it, you can’t afford to lose much more business. I can’t even answer the rest of the questions because we were never served.

Sonic in Slaton used to to be excellent. Their food was good. Service was great. What I ordered was actually what I received. The last couple of years they have gone down hill. Every time I go there I either get extremely old or overcooked food, or a completely different item than I ordered, or missing items. Every single time. It is so annoying to get all the way home with your food and realize that it is wrong and have to drive all the way back. I do not understand how the order gets messed up in the first place. They verify your order at the speaker box and in person when it is delivered. If you know what I ordered and I verified what I ordered then how is it not correct??? When I visit now( which is not very often because I am tired of the headache) I make the person that brought me my order stand there until I make sure I received what I ordered. Sounds a little harsh but it is the only way to make sure i actually get what I ordered.
