ONLY reason, I’m giving more stars than they deserve is because of that black girl with the braids that works there… She always goes above and beyond for the customers, she is very cheerful, and she has recommendations on the ready if you don’t know what you want. She’s a 10 out of 10.

Stopped here at 5:30pm on 8/2/23 to order donuts. Store is not supposed to close until 8pm. I decided to order donuts from the drive through. The donuts I was given were very cold and a little wet to the touch as if they were being kept in the refrigerator and condensating. They were not fresh at all. Id rather been able to go inside and order the ones off the shelf. Ill definitely not be coming back to this location. Terrible

Went there on 8/22/23 at 10am. There was a line at the drive thru wrapped around the building. I went inside to order and had three people in front of me. There was one male employee working the counter and the drive thru. You could hear a female employee in the back of the store on the phone yelling. I waited 20 minutes to order and god knows how long the drive thru was waiting. By the time I left the female employee in the back yelling on the phone was finally back doing her job and another employee showed up to work. Service is always extremely poor as well as the product they put out in this store.

I can’t believe the CEO of Dunkin hasn’t come in to figure out what is going on with this store. 1st visit. Muffins they keep in a freezer or refrigerator. Cold. Not labeled. Ordered chocolate chip and got a blueberry. They said they didn’t have Large iced coffee. Last week. Put the iced coffee in a hot container?

No matter what time you go they never have anything on the menu always claims they are out of large cups and caramel at breakfast they claim the don’t have anything on menu u try to order y not order more if u are literally out every couple of weeks also the service is never good I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but due to the constant issues they are about to lose another customer

Applied multiple times even came in and applied a physical application. I called one last time after they told me they’d give me a call and heard them in the background talking annoyingly of me after they just told me they rlly needed people. It’s rlly unprofessional and all I needed to know is if I needed to apply anywhere else since they were not giving a call back. DO NOT WORK HERE. I only communicated with them for abt 4 days and Alr felt very disrespected. Actually unbelievable.

The only reason there’s 2 stars is the nice young lady who took over for the lady with the purple hair! I had a mobile order only to get to the location and they no longer have toffee flavor. Not that they were out, but would now be getting brownie batter. However, it was still online for me to order. As I tried to figure out what flavor I wanted since they no longer have toffee the lady with the purple hair acted as if I was the crazy one and gave a huff. Lady, you can huff at somebody else! Glad the girl I have seen there any morning I visited took over because I don’t fool with nasty attitudes very well! Also Dunkin needs to take stuff off the menu if they do not plan to serve it!

Came inside to pick out a dozen donuts. They didn’t have any donuts on display, only dirty racks lined with dirty paper. NO donuts at Dunkin DONUTS! So, I left with only a coffee. Had to go to I had to go to ingles and get donuts for my mom. Every DD that I’ve been into in the past several yrs is any good. No donuts by afternoon, or stale donuts throughout the day, coffee being old, etc. They’re not what they used to be.

Have been coming here for years and it’s always been great, todaybthey had an issue with there system going down and that is absolutely not the problem here. Being in the same industry things like this happen and it’s incredibly stressful for sure. I was actually planning on telling the nice woman who helped my wife and I that when she brought or food. Unfortunately instead of her this man (tall with short hair) brought and and is by far one the rudest people u have ever had the displeasure of meeting. If you can’t handle your systems being down and choose to take it out people who are going to spend money they could easily spend somewhere you should probably find another job. If you can go to another dunking donuts you should do that because he’s bringing the staff and the entire restaurant down.
