Giving the food a 4 because it was still half way decent, but we waited 15 minutes for 2 regular bowls which we got small sized servings in and watched the cook make different noodles in the same thing then wipe it with a dirty rag in between. Also need to mention the fact that the 2 managers (I assume) left one guy to cook while there was still 4 orders on the screen, 2 in the red already to go smoke or whatever they were doing. Probably didn’t wash their hands. Every time I go to this location it’s like they do not care about speed or satisfaction. Someone from corporate needs to be there 24/7 if anything’s gonna change or have a manager that’s actually cares. Take people from Jordan Creek or something if y’all need people.

I love noodles and company. But this experience has changed my mind. 3 employees. There were a few take out orders that were being bagged. They asked me to wait. No problem. Next thing i know. It’s been 11 minutes and 2 of the 3 employees had gone outside for a smoke. After a while. I got to order. Food was made up fast. The food quality was horrible. I wasn’t able to eat . The staff were rude. There was trash around the store. And they could have cared less that day.

Went today ordered a reg pad Thai with no eggs add tofu. First there was no tofu. They got the no egg part right but also there was no other ingredients. Not to mention. The bowl was only half full. Another edit. I got to work after a long day and decided I didn’t want to cook. It was 11:00 something before I tip 20%. I get the order in the bowl is only filled up halfway if that. If I’m paying that much for a bowl of pasta should be filled to the brim. This is now the second time I order has been either messed up or very low portion. I won’t be back unless they make up for this.

I have frequented this location since it opened, I ordered for four of us, two kids and two adults, the only problem is, is that the last four times I’ve been we have had like virtually no seasoning on our food leaving dry seasonless noodles to eat. My wife and I always ask for extra seasoning which we pay for obviously…

Multiple orders were not right. We ordered steak and got chicken, did not receive a drink we paid for, and did not receive feta cheese with another. I understand closing times can be hectic but it is not understandable to mess up multiple meals.

This place was nasty dirty everything. Including the bathroom. Food was even poor taste . this use to be a favorite place for myself and family. Never again for 20 plus dollars i should have juat thrown it in the money in the trash. That’s what happened to all the food went in trash . sad . this is one place i will NOT be suprized when it’s gone !!!

The Mac and cheese had literally no cheese, the only sauce was this thin, oily liquid. You can see it pooled up in the photo. It’s maybe one tablespoon of “sauce” and it doesn’t resemble cheese in anyway. By contrast, my meal (the spicy korean noodles) was absolutely drowning in sauce. So much so, that it was basically inedible. Super disappointing. The tofu was cooked really well and the barbeque pork was yummy, everything else sucked.

Review is only based on management and how unprofessional the staff was. The manager yelled at all the staff in front of a full restaurant, the girl up front just quit because of it and the rest of the staff were laughing at whatever the manager was saying about the situation. A few people got a refund and left. What a terrible person to have to work for. He seemed very unprofessional. He’s more worried about conversation in the kitchen rather than hungry customers. Arrived like 40 minutes before close to place a to go order. As soon as I walked in I received a dirty look and a line cook shaking his head. Definitely understand having a long day, but usually would think they would wait till a customer left lol! I’ve worked in food service for years so I know how it is, but the entire environment seemed very negative. It’s not the first time I’ve received this kind of energy unfortunately. I also noticed when I got home, the food wasn’t prepared how it usually would be and wasn’t balanced with the toppings. Usually wouldn’t care enough to comment at all, but I hoping for a smile with my comfort food when grabbing dinner after being sick from my pregnancy all day. Definitely understand and hope it lightens up soon cause you guys are usually awesome!! Just food for thought.
