Terrible customer service!!! Employee came outside upset accusing me of pressing the “I am Here” button on my app when I arrived to get my curbside. He seemed very upset and took it out on us. He said this is not Little Cesar’s ? Was this white man being prejudiced because I am Hispanic? Why the rudeness and comments. I was simply letting them know on the app that I was here as instructed too on the app. Very poor customer service. I hope they refund my request to cancel.

Don’t ever order from the place. It’s got a rude atmosphere like walked in 3 workers just chilling on the phone. While one person doing all the work. 10min guy gets off phone finally service gots a blah look. The workers need training . Tip of the day just hit up the Domino in the bluff.

We were in town for vacation and ordered from this Papa John’s through their app. We placed our order and included the address and room number of our condo. After over two hours of waiting, we called to see where the order was. Apparently, there was some mix up and they didn’t change the condo number from the last time we ordered while vacationing so they called our home number(which was a mistake on our end) but they could have asked the front desk to call our room. Since they weren’t able to locate us they took the 70 dollars worth of pizza back to the restaurant and we were told they threw it away. What a waste!!! When we asked them why this mistake happened, they said it was user error on their app and they couldn’t even tell us what we had ordered, said we could ordered again and it would take an additional 1 1/2 hours to arrive. Of course we were extremely upset and frustrated and while we were trying to get our refund, the lady we were speaking to keep placing us on hold and was very rude and continued to place us on hold while we were speaking to her and told us more than once that it was user error and it was our problem. However, they did know what we ordered because she sent me a receipt showing our ordered and the amount. I will own up to the mistake of having our home number on the app instead of our cell number, but the condo number had been changed and the fact that they argued, were rude and threw the Pizza away is not acceptable!!! I hope you look into what type of management you have at this location because if others receive this kind of service, your company will lose money and customers.

Normally I’m not a fan of Papa John’s I got to say but this Papa John’s was by far in my opinion one of the best the customer service that I got was outstanding. The food was hot and ready it is not very often that I will give someone five stars. My pizza was hot ready when I got there had not been sitting really friendly. The environment was clean it was not really what I expected from a Papa John’s based on previous experiences. I even posted a few photos and a video showing my experience.

The pizza from this establishment is so good. Worth the price. Quick and very friendly service. Employees were very organized, focused and happy. Knocks pizza hut, dominoes and little ceasers out of the water. Small staff, good communication, wonderful product. You can see them activey flipping and prepping your food. Most definitely will be ordering from there now on. Best boneless chicken poppers I have ever had. Hands down. Not greasy on the pizza and just the right amount of sauce, cheese and topping. Quality product from a quality staff. Thankful for them being so close. All staff and manager are so hospitable. 10/10.

Ordered my food online changed the standard pizza dipping sauce to ranch and paid for an extra one. Punched in my card info and paid, then used the tracker to know when to leave work. I got there and was greeted. I told the lady that I was there to pickup an online order, and gave her my name. I guess she was new, because she had to go back and get someone else to look it up. Not a big deal really, but I was in a hurry. She gave me my box and said have a good day. I had ordered a 20oz soda also, so I reached in the cooler to get it. She asked if she could help me, and I said no just getting the soda that I ordered; to which she replied “Oh yeah, you had a drink too, ok”. I grabbed my drink and left. I should’ve checked before I left, but when I got to work, I had no ranch and one pizza sauce… This is not a bad place, but they do make mistakes, so check your food before you leave.

We always order from Everhart, and my photo shows why. $37 for me to get the worst experience at a Papa Johns. Barely any cheese on the supreme, my kids pepperoni Canadian bacon pizza was either over cooked or old.. asked for light sauce,had no sauce, yet the supreme was drenched in it. For as long as iv been a papa johns customer this was seriously a disappointing experience.
