The KFC off of Los Angeles Ave in Simi Valley has been remodeled on the inside. It’s much more inviting, and the esthetic gives it more pop to want to stay and enjoy a meal there. Although, most people will still go use the drive thru. After all, Simi is a suburban neighborhood. My Mom always was a fan of Kentucky Fried Chicken, and I remember the taste as a kid. I don’t go in often, but when I do, the flavors never disappoint.

Terrible customer service experience. Today 4/3/23 in or around 11 am upon entering KFC there was nobody at the counter. Shortly, after standing for a while a young tall skinny kid walks in the side door by the cash register and grabs some paper towels to dry his hands after using the restroom. We said hello, he ignores us, he checks the oven, looks at us and doesn’t say anything. He then proceeds towards the drive through lady and says something to her. She comes over and asks if she can help us – in a foreign language. We order our food in English luckily she got it right. We don’t know if the kid played a trick on Maria but it was not nice. That skinny tall kid needs to learn some customer service skills, manners, and have some common sense. Unfortunately, now a days, youngsters don’t have proper manners or customer service skills. So sad, and very disappointed. We hope the manager speaks to this kid about today’s unfortunate incident. That skinny kid needs to apologize…

Ana ( manager ) and her KFC team gave excellent customer service. Did a mobile order thru KFC app 1.5 hours before closing time . came by to pick up chicken before closing time but order from app did not get thru . Ana corrected the problem and made sure she have a happy customer

I just had a very awkward and weird experience in the drive-thru. I ordered $25.00 worth of food, which included a 5-pc chicken tender combo. Upon receiving my food, after paying, I noticed that I was only given 2 bbq sauces for the 5-pc I just ordered. As I asked for 2 additional sauces, I was met with nastiest, meanest-dirtiest look imaginable! After I was reluctantly given the 2 additional sauces, the lady in the window proceeds to SLAM the drive-thru while I’m still at the window, which I interpreted as gesture to indicate that she was no longer willing to assist me with any additional request of any kind! As I’m driving out of the drive-thru I started to feel very unappreciated as a paying customer and wondered why I was made to feel as is if I’m asking too much of the staff to accommodate me with only 2 additional bbq sauces for my 5-pc combo. So to the lady at the second-window, thank you for my four bbq sauces and I apologize if I caused you any harm per my request..for sauce. :/

I give it 5 stars. I haven’t been there in a while. Service late night was spot on went thru the drive-in ordering was easy good communication my order was ready in less than 2 minutes. Great Colonel Sanders Taste. Service was so good I went again the next day. Same great service and the food was great. Good clean fast service restaurant.
