As others have mentioned, zero customer service, as they have you order from a kiosk. Ordered 2 donuts and was told at pickup they were out and I quote “should have looked behind the counter to see they were out” I thought it was an actual joke. But here’s the actual joke, they didn’t even have soap in the bathroom, why would I ever come back to get the donuts you’re out of if employees aren’t even washing their hands?! DO BETTER

Hey so your getting a bad review because I asked for a caramel macchiato no foam(got foam) no whip (they actually listened) flipped(probably isn’t) and extra caramel drizzle. Once I received my coffee I realized there was a lot of foam and I went to take a sip regardless of how much I paid because I don’t like to waste money and all I taste is coffee and milk.. not an ounce of caramel had been tasted within this cup of coffee and personally I do not approve of how this was done. You get no props from me because this is not and I mean it is NOT the first time that you guys have messed up my order so I hope y’all have a good rest of the day and a good rest of the week but as for coffee orders you will not get any service from me.

Today is 12/11/2022 I go here regularly probably because it’s the only drive-thru I can get coffee here in town. I typically never have an issue with any employees and if my order is wrong it’s corrected. However unfortunately everytime I go and the ( very short Spanish man) ( giving physical description because I don’t know his name) is there he always has an attitude and is very rude. Today my daughter ordered a curbside order and we waited 30 minutes before pulling around to the drive thru. He made eye contact with me and just kept walking by the window. When he finally did come to the window he opened it and said “what do you need?” Seriously I need you to use your manners and not have me waiting 30 minutes for fast food. I was polite and simply explained that my daughter ordered curbside and 30 minutes have past already. I don’t know what his issue is but get it together sheesh! No the place was not swamped either.

I’m leaving this review on here because I was never given a receipt otherwise I would have done the survey and left my opinion there. I frequent this location 6 days a week. Yes, 6 days a week. My last 3 coffees have been made wrong, I never have time to go in and get it remade because I’m on my way to work. Today was it for me. I ordered a small iced coffee made a specific way, I get to the window and I am asked if I ordered a large, I state no, I ordered a small. So they then try to pour that LG into a small cup. I said if u r putting that in a small cup I don’t want it. It’s not going to taste the same, I would need more cream and sugar in it. So then they speak to each other in Spanish, make me a small. I say thank you and drive off thinking it’s going to be made the way I originally ordered it and it wasn’t. So now I’m letting you know that I will no longer give you my business, now that you have ruined my coffee yet again. You need to take your time and make the orders correctly.

What a nice experience while visiting Dunkin’ Donuts in middle burg MD! I was waited on quickly and they were helpful with an ice cream cake and ice cream for my grandkids! Thank you and they made my mocha cappuccino perfect! Place was clean and service was great!

They never get my order right the people can never understand me and any time I try to order a strawberry banna smoothie there always out of strawberry GREAT I can get pass that but I then order a egg bacon sausage NO cheese they added cheese forgot the sausage and was hard as a rock this is the last time I got there how hard is it to hire a staff that speaks Decent English I’m tired of it

Don’t bother doing curbside at this location. They make you wait in your car forever till you have to go in and ask for it and even then only half the time it has been ready. No one is ever apologetic either!

We went to Dunkin’ Donuts at 8:55. I realize they close at 9, but they were still open. They refused to give us any type of food or beverage as they said “we are closing soon” The store is open, and it’s fast food. You should have a kitchen closing time if you can’t purchase items while the store is still open. They have lost my service.
