I have ordered pizza from here many times and have always had good experiences. Tonight we received our pizza and I was eating a slice and felt something sharp and hard that jabbed/scrapped the inside of my mouth and caused pain and was too hard to be any part of the pizza, I immediately spit everything out, and found that there was a metal paper clip baked into the pizza. When I called the customer service line, the rep was very nonchalant about the entire situation, no apology, no empathy, nothing. She was very cold and took my information and offered a refund. Thanks for the refund but this is a very serious matter and she could have cared less.

Worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. The service is so slow and they will literally forget about you in the drive thru or inside, multiple times I come thru the drive thru and I’m sitting at the window for 20+ minutes waiting for someone to attend to me. I have ordered simple stuff like breadsticks inside and they never give me my food I have to ask them where it is after 15 min and they act clueless. Idk what’s going on but the are so slow.

I typically don’t mind waiting a while for good food, but waiting 30+ minutes for only two pizzas before eventually being told that the pizzas would have to be remade is not ideal. Only two employees in the store, manager spent most of her time on her phone and made no effort to help employee behind the counter. They didn’t even cut the pizzas.

First of all, no receipt. Receipt machine is out order. Secondly, they messed up my order. They took back the pizza which I opened up and I think they put it back in the oven to be sold to the next customer. What if it was coughed on? This is so not right! Yuck! Nasty folks! Thirdly, they overcharged me and had attitudes. THEY messed up and want to have attitudes, like it’s someone else’s fault.

Awesome customer service. As soon as I walked in, Wanda, District Manager, greeted me. She was patient with my requests and friendly throughout my visit. The pizza was “hot and ready”. We need more leaders like Wanda!

Hot and Ready pizza is never ready. I’ve had MULTIPLE times when I ordered in advance through the app and they gave my pizza away that I had for large parties. How do you give away food that was preordered? For a set time? I’ve waited over an hour for orders that impacted planned events. Again…preordered through the app. My husband has even written to corporate with no response.
