Been a customer for over 5 years- I’m so done with tolerating the arrogance and unapologetic behavior. Without naming the staff – it’s outrageous that the restaurant is okay with treating the customer like an annoyance. Cold food and searching for your waiter is something you should consider part of the experience. Too many options for hard working people to part with money elsewhere. A signature celebration ruined.

Ahh! Italian food served by Italian Gentlemen! A small setting, loud tonight as a party was celebrating “Grandpas” birthday, but I’m sure, generally quiet. Food was lovely and served in a timely manner …delicious. Appetizers, the lobster bisque! Enjoy!
