We were there on 8/14. There were 4 people in the kitchen area yet only one was working. People were standing in line to get food, which took way too long to get. The restaurant had the air conditioning turned off on a day when the heat index was over a hundred! There was debris all over the floor – food, napkins, drink lids, etc. And when we FINALLY got our order the person that handed it to me basically tossed it to me and never said a word. We ordered on the digital menu inside so we did not have that interaction. There is also very limited parking available. Avoid this location!!!

Purchased tacos for the eight people in my home and we all wanted the same hot sauce so I chose 25 on the app and when I get my food there’s four in the bag so I ask for more she gives me two I ask for more she gives me one I asked for more she gives me another I asked for more she gives me one more and then I tell her to please stop playing games There’s food in this bag to feed eight people and each person needs some hot sauce. She slammed the window and walked away. So I left there and went to Food Lion and purchased a bottle of mild Taco Bell hot sauce. If you hate your job that much go home and let someone else do it.

Unfortunately, the food was wrapped so sloppily that when I took it out of the bag, it opened up and the ingredients were all over me and my car. It was a disaster! The food itself is good. They just need to learn to wrap it better or use different wrapping.

Avoid dine in! They remodeled and made it very uncomfortable to dine in. No parking and if you can find some in front, there’s a chance you’ll be blocked in from the drive through. You CANNOT order in person and have to use kiosk. If you have a problem with your food (which happens a lot because it’s fast food), you will be waiting for a while because they are all in the back. Dining area is generally a 5/10 clean but once again that’s par for the course at fast food. Overall, just avoid here when possible. Coming from someone living here for 2.5+ years and experiencing it pre/post remodel

I had a very bland Burrito . A glob of sour cream was way at the end. Not disbursed throughout. Couldn’t detect the meat, just mush!! Also a soft Taco which was rolled like a burrito? ugh? That Watermelon sluch drink is so not worth the money (it almost cost as much as the burrito!) Wish I ordered a soda(w/refills). I won’t be back.

A friend and I will go after we get off work at night and have not had great experiences the past few times. They run out of sweet tea earlier in the night and don’t make more, and the Freeze machines seem to be broken a lot. A couple of times now, a woman on the speaker box has audibly sighed when we were trying to explain and put in our orders, which is very unprofessional. The lines can get a bit held up, and it seems like they sometimes forget to make something for an order until the car comes up, which has happened to us.

This restaurant has gone so completely downhill. They cannot keep staff, the food quality is not good. After nit going to this location for months, I decided to order lunch for pick up on my way to work.(I ordered 1 hr ahead if time) Arrived at the restaurant and my order wasn’t ready, but I always order enough time ahead that if they are running behind, no big deal. I see them finishing up my order and wait. One of the staff members comes up to the counter holding the bag of food and calls out my name and I said I’m here over here I was at the Mobile kiosk waiting- he never acknowledged me, wouldn’t even look in my direction called out again saying the order was ready and again I said that I was there is my order hello nothing. so I moved directly in front of him and told him hello that’s my order gave him my name he asked if my name was my name and then followed by some letters and numbers.i told him my name again, he said this isn’t your order and yanked my order away from me (apparently through the mobile app random code after your name that it doesn’t tell you) I tried to tell him that no it was my order and he ignored me and actually went into the parking lot to run after another customer that had accidentally placed an order in another state, because he was going to give the order to her. he came back in after not finding the customer and just took the bag and put it in the mobile waiting area. I waited thinking maybe I was mistaken. After waiting 5 more minutes and seeing no other orders remotely like mine, I had to stand there and look up everything in my phone and get the mobile app running again and show my order and order number to prove that it was my food and that I could take it and by the time that everything was said and done I was leaving there after I was already supposed to been at work so, i was late, even though I had planned it out an hour and a half before my shift. Ive tried contacting Taco Bell and I’ve had no response whatsoever and currently if you try to contact them no one answers the phone and the contact me buttons on the app in the website do not work so I’m guessing they really don’t care about the quality of their food or how their staff interacts with customers. This used to be a really *good* Taco Bell. ☹️

This taco bell is an absolute disgrace. There was a tiny bit of rain, and I had mobile ordered about $20 of food. When i arrived, the manager had some poor kid standing outside in the rain telling people that they were closed. I told them I had already paid, and they threw their hands up at me and told me to call corperate. Extremely uncooperative, manager was too ashamed to show their face, and in mu opinion should not have a job there anymore. There was 4 employee cars there, and everything around it was open. Unexcusable, lazy management. Never returned my money, and the mobile service is still open an hour later for people to order to a closed place, so they can just take your money. Despicible.
