It is in my opinion that the Krystal’s in winder employees THIEVES!!!(19 Monroe Hwy) I shopped the winder store yesterday (6/27/23 at 11:23am), I purchased a medium root beer at 2.69 and noticed an additional charge for a NON CASH ADJUSTMENT of 12 cents… 2.89 was quoted to me over the speaker but I was charged $3.00 which was on the receipt, BUT when I called to check my pending charges it stated $3.60 was my latest transaction…. I know 12 cents is nothing to cry about but it’s the idea that if the employee IS in fact stealing a little at a time from customers here and there, what else is he stealing! All I ask is the someone keep an eye on this person to make sure he is NOT stealing from Krystal’s customers.

The service was amazing, the guy was so awesome! However Corporate needs to change their card policy, if you pay with a card you have to pay an extra 4% on your purchase so pay with cash of you can. I don’t eat Krystal often so maybe I am not remembering correctly but today they just seemed really salty and I don’t remember that, still good though 🙂 sometimes you just need Krystals lol!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the winder, ga location tonight. I spent $50. I ordered 4 combo meals with 5 cheese krystals and chili cheese fries per meal… they didn’t even put each meals fries in individual boxes!!! They had 2 big Styrofoam boxes and wrote ” x2″ on them!!!! Four people were eating these meals! We each should have had our own separate containers!!! I guarantee we didn’t get the amount of fries in those as we would have in separate boxes!!! I also did not receive my child’s 2 chili cheese pups!!!! This was just plain ridiculous!!! I’ve been to this location several times. But never had such a horrible experience like tonight! Just plain laziness!!! A couple weeks ago we were there and the guy that night was awesome… he bagged each meal separate…so each person had their own bag. I told him thank you that was great he separated it. He said thats how it should be, 3 meals each should be bagged separately. So tonight really upset me and makes me question coming again. The workers need to be more caring . Just like that one guy. When I paid as much as I did I expect to have a better experience.

So apparently they charge you a no-cash fee every time you use your cerd and the worst part is is they don’t even tell you about it or say anything you just look at your receipt and it’s a total different price than what they tell you the food was okay but everyone that I’ve talked to at the window are just rude and care nothing for you but I firmly believe if you tell me one price that’s what you should charge don’t give me my receipt back and you’ve charged me more
