Went threw drive through. Wait an hour to receive my order. When I received my meal it wasn’t even cooked threw and was cut Pieces and threw in a box. This does not look like chicken strip tenders. Recorded videos of the staff screwing around inside the store and even witness and employee lick The customer shake and put the lid on it and place it to the side to be given to the customer. Gross!

I’ve always had a good experience with this location, in both food quality and customer service. It may be because I almost always go there during the late night shift that I’ve never had any problems. I would actually rate this location a 5 star (by the standards of fast food drive thru chains) except that mobile ordering has been down for a few months now.

Much needed management. Waited some time to be helped. Got the order to go. When I got home, I noticed a crack in my cup and leaking. I know whoever made it knew it was there because they tried patching it up with stickers. Last, I found a small fly in one of the tacos.

My family and I waited with anticipation for this location to finally open up (along with everyone else in the area) and we finally got to stop by and try the food. I have to say, having McDonald’s right across the street, maybe we had too high of expectations for this place to be just as good as their neighbors… but I’ve had better tasting food from the Jack in the Box’s in San Bernardino! This location may be new and pretty, but their employees are not friendly, and their food is not fresh! And although they had about 10ish+ employees there tonight, they still managed to leave out the cheesecake I ordered. There was a line in the drive thru so I parked and got down instead. Once I got home, I realized the food was nearly burnt, No, not nearly, it was burnt! My curly fries was a bag of the small, not curly fries that get left over at the bottom of the batch, my food was thrown in the bags carelessly, and WORST OF ALL, my cheesecake had MOLD on it!! I can’t believe I had to go back because they forgot to add it, all for a piece of moldy cake that I already paid for.

Been here twice in one week. There is hardly any here most of the time, I guess drive thru is the way to go. They seem to get your order wrong 9 out of 10 times. Asked for mild sauce they gave mayonnaise. On another occasion, ordered 2 tacos, 2 Jumbo Jack’s, a side of curly fries, and 2 house salads, received my order except for the 2 salads but I informed the cashier and she apologized. One server gave a small dipping sauce the ones you use for chicken mc nuggets, for salad dressing, obviously not big enough. There’s always a different worker every time.

I went thru the drive thru very early in the morning on my way to work and nobody was at the speaker to take my order. I waited there for about 4 or 5 mins until I got really tired of waiting and I drove up to the window just to be greeted by “no one”!! Then a girl came up to the window and told me they were CLOSED!! THIS IS A 24 HOUR FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT.. I WAS LIVID AND DROVE ON AND WHEN I DROVE BY THE FRONT I SEEN 2 EMPLOYEES SITTING AT A TABLE TALKING.. RUDE RUDE RUDE!

Have three rude workers , manager looks like he’s overwhelmed. Just asked for two “Fresh Hot Coffees please” and the employee said it was fresh, when I got them they were cold, I was told they would start a new one, but never did, I finally see the manager so he helped me, by making a new batch of coffee, it was hot but looked like water, so I told him I’ve been waiting a long time so to cancel it and to give my money back. Simply order and task, but could do that either. I’ve been there two other times and again poor serve, help and food. We were so happy to get one near us, and now not going to return, I think three time is enough. They need a lot of help!
