So I have been going to this McDonald’s for awhile . During the pandemic it was like everything else understaffed and poor service. Finally this year it started to turn around. The food was well cooked, customer service was sweet and it made me want to spend my money. Prices have gone up and usually I spend about 27.00 on average for 3 people.

This McDonald’s is a joke! They do not care about you as a customer. They don’t even care about their own job. I waited 25 minutes inside for my food. Finally I say something when someone else comes in orders their food and within 5 minutes he has his food. But when I get upset and ask why I was told he was given the wrong sandwich which I know is a lie because he was screaming at one of his workers to go take this gentleman’s order. So if you made his sandwich wrong why would you make him reorder it and pay for it. And then for the manager to act like I’m the one who’s wrong for asking why someone else got their food before me when I have been waiting for 25 minutes.

I go by there most mornings to get my breakfast. I just work right down the road from them and everyone is always so friendly from the drive-through speaker to the person handing you the food to the managers. Everyone is always smiling when I come through the drive-through, and that means a lot! This is a great group of people with beautiful personalities and that’s why I keep coming back not to mention the food is always hot fresh and delicious. A lot of times I have gotten the gravy biscuit at other McDonald’s and asked for extra gravy as I did with the one on S. Church St. in Burlington and usually the biscuit is dry by the end of the meal from the others, but this particular McDonald’s 3446 S Church St was very generous with the gravy, and it was just perfect! They deserve 10 stars. If I could give that to them I would.

Got a 10 piece nugget meal and everything went wrong. First, I was charged for two large fries. Second, the fries were burnt. Third, the fries were unsalted. Fourth, no ketchup was in the bag after I asked for it. Fifth, the chicken nuggets were flavorless and hardly fried. Lastly, I asked for no ice in my drink and received ice.

Cierra usually takes mine and my daughters order at the drive thru and she is so kind! She always has a positive attitude and speaks to my daughter every time. She is also very patient with my daughter who likes to order herself. Much better than the other McDonald’s around who are usually rude and impatient.

I just spent over $13 on 3 sloppy made small sandwiches at this location. I knew better than to expect quality from a McDonalds, but I was hungry at the moment and would take anything. I only photo’d one of them, but check out this mess. I mean… I understand they hire people who just want a check, but this is just disrespectful to hand this out the window for somebody to eat, especially after paying too much for it to begin with.

Of course this restaurant is a typical McDonalds. Yes they’re busy during Peak Meal Time hours, but their coffee is always good and their breakfasts are usually good as well. They’re always good for a quick bite to eat and normally the restaurant is quite clean. They also offer free Wi-Fi for you while you eat your meal, but there are signs in the restaurant noting that they would like you to keep your visit at 20 minutes or less. Still a recommended stop especially for the coffee!
