Tonight i went to get just a simple wings and things meal. Not ONLY did i have to wait 20 MINUTES. to even get my food. i got a simple cola. it tasted funny but i assumed it was their machinery, there was MOLD in my drink. do these people even clean there DRINK MACHINE?

Place is always freezing in the dining area. We always eat inside and are very cold. We went this past weekend and we ordered our food for dine in and wore long sleeve shirts. But had to eat in our vehicle because the temperature was at least 60 degrees or below. Ceiling fans running as fast as they can go also. Appears they are trying to discourage you from eating inside. When you complain nothing happens. Got to have a heck of an electric bill every month!!!!

The bone-in chicken was fine! The chicken tenders had a weird chemical taste, the Cobb salad with fried chicken had the same weird taste.., everyone was very disappointed because we frequent the Zaxby’s in MC & have guest that come from out of town that “can’t wait for some food from Zaxby’s!”, and they were soooo disappointed this time!!

I ordered the family order advertised for 26.99. I wanted my tenders tossed in 1 sauce. Now my price is $35. The menu also says, serves 4 people. When I made it home and looked at the food. Large box for 20 tenders, 3 small boxes. We aren’t big bread eaters, so I always tell them to keep the bread. But nope, I received a small box of bread and 2 small boxes of fries. There were only 15 fries to a box. I’m talking about smaller than my index finger. Check your order before you leave. Be prepared to pay for every extra sauce you want to receive. 20 tenders only came with 4 sauces. But the customer representatives were very friendly.

If i could give zero stars i would, i went in there to get food for my family and the so called manager was awfully rude. i do not speak clear english (spanish is my first language) he took my order and was mocking me to another co worker afterwards.
