I went through the drive thru and the person taking my order kept cutting me off also they barely gave me any orange chicken I got a bowl with rice (see picture). This is really disappointing.

Ordered the honey walnut shrimp and there was a long, black hair in my food. I called and spoke with the manager, Crystal, who argued that no one with dark hair works there. She then proceeded to explain it was off the grill and they were grill marks. I gave her an opportunity to be fair about what I let her know and she continued to make me feel like a crazy person. I won’t ever order from this location again. She obviously can’t be held responsible to address a situation.

No longer has black pepper chicken at this location and others in the area! Really sucks because that was my favorite entree for years. Had to wait on food and got beef and broccoli while others were served ahead of us. Food was really bland today and broccoli didn’t even seem done. No napkins or ice in the beverage machine. Sad to say but I don’t see myself eating Panda Express in the future. Prices gone up and food has went downhill.

First time cx, I ordered through the drive thru… she asked me wait entree and I said beef broccoli. Never once said I was done with my order. then literally 3 seconds pass and I saw they had grilled chicken. So i asked for that instead. She said ” well I already put the beef in there “, not.goving me an option to change my entree WHILE STILL ORDERING! then I get my food and there’s both entrees in there when that’s not what I wanted! I asked for a manager and she said she/he is not here….so I said you have no MOD??? Cause I worked at restaurants before. Then she said the manager was on break! If I don’t have to go back to work I would of got off. Waste of my money especially for my first time being there the girl taking my food had a smart a** attitude the whole time.

Clean tables are hard to find on my last two visits. It was not busy. Manager busy running the kitchen and drive-thru window very efficiently but no one inspected the dining room in the full hour I have been here. Not once. So expect rice and splatters of soy sauce plainly visible on tables when you enter.
