Too often they’ve lacked ingredients or have cleaned a machine, meaning they’ve taken away a portion of the menu. Who wants a hot coffee on an 87 degree day? They’ve also repeatedly put too many or the incorrect flavor pumps too many times. If you *need* dunkin, drive the 5 minutes to a different one.

I spend about $10 at Dunkin’ Donuts every day. I’d have to say this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area you give them your order you order a tea you get a coffee you tell him five creams you get one cream you order bacon on your sandwich you get none, terrible customer service and when you give them their order there they say yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah. It’s quantity over quality there.

I come to this store frequently because it’s right down the road from my house. The drinks are less then average when made, food orders aren’t completed corrected. And this last time I was here one worker at the counter had gloves on, kept touching her face and then used the same gloves to grab donuts for customers. The energy vibe in the store you can just tell the workers don’t like their job. Hopefully this review can help, so many people come to this location.

You would think I would have left the line after it took 10 minutes just to get my order placed. But no the curiosity of the situation got the best of me. Why I kept saying. Why are you only taking the order of one car after one car left the service window.. I had to see this thru. How long will this take.only one employee? I don’t know. But I had to know. 24 minutes later I found out .some people are not capable of hiring staff that car about the establishment they work for. Yes 24 minutes. LMAO.. ..WoW…..today is Saturday Oct. 15 at 11:42.

This Dunkin does not update their drive thru signage after a seasonal item’s promotion period is over and charges the customer the full price at the window like nothing is wrong. When you bring it to their attention, they just say the promo is over and they forgot to take the sign down. They did eventually discount my drink after I asked again why I should have to pay more than the menu I ordered from, but the price should have been adjusted as soon as they realized they forgot to update it. I shouldn’t have been made to feel cheap and petty for arguing over $2 in a drive thru window…it’s the principle of the thing and the customer should never be wrong in these situations.
