Listen, I love TB with all my heart and this place is GREAT in the morning but the difference in staff and service in the night time is absolutely absurd lol. My burrito should never come ripped like it’s been mangled in a fight, dripping in too much sauce and the wrap barely warm when I live 5 mins away.

The last four times they have gotten my order completely wrong every time. The most recent time the person at the window asked me “who I was there for”. I’m here for myself, for food. What kind of question is that at a drive thru window? After her figuring out I was there for food she found my order, and then completely forgot my drink and sauces. I ordered on the app. My entire order was on her screen perfectly as I had ordered it. There were two women both staring at the register. They apparently cannot read here. I realized my drink was missing as I was pulling out of their parking lot, but because of the parking lot and intersection arrangement, there’s no way to legally and safely turn around and go back. Don’t eat here. It’s more trouble than it’s worth.

Food was standard fair but the service was dismal at best. One customer ahead of us and he was visibly not happy, I soon found out why. After he left we stood there at the counter for almost 5 minutes before someone greeted us. Understand everyone ‘working’ in the back saw us but no one wanted to take out order. When someone finally drew the short straw and came up to us to take our order you could tell she wasn’t happy about it. It just went downhill from there, including that they went through the motions of cutting our quesadilla but not really cutting either of them. Don’t waste your time here unless you have a desire to be disappointed.

Been to this location a few times since the first day they opened. Everything has gone down for this place. Lines super long, they randomly decide to number how many items a car is allowed to order, at least 1-2 times are cold, the meat is like warm if lucky when you receive your order and usually items messed up or just missing. Management doesn’t respond, they seem overly staffed at their slow times and super short staffed at peek hours. They’re making the McDonald’s nextdoor seem somewhat better smh.

This is the worst taco bell i have ever been to. I rarely write reviews, but this location has continuously gotten my order wrong. Not only are the staff unfriendly, but almost every time my order is wrong, putting beef in my black bean crunchwrap or otherwise. This last time sent me to write this review because I ordered a spicy potato soft taco, normally a taco with lettuce and sauce, but received some weird burrito with potatoes, rice, and sour cream? I have no idea whats going on with this location because I’ve never had a problem at any other taco bell in the area. I will not be returning to this location again.

This location is one of the worst there is. The customer service is very inconsistent, except for the one very nice lady at the register which is why I gave it 1 star (for her) ordered a crunchwrap Supreme and had VERY little meat and cheese 3 tomatoes (diced) on it. I called to verify if this was correct and the manager said yes if you want extra you pay for extra. I said, since when? She said since always. I told her that was a crock.

Have been missing items multiple times from this location. One of the times I drove off before checking my bag and called to get the item refunded. I was informed that by ordering on the app they couldn’t refund me I’d have to come back to that exact location. All because I placed my order online to make things go smoother but instead because I love farther away I get told they will send me a gift card.. but it never showed up.

I visited this location on the evening of 10/15/22 after going to Fright Nights with my daughter. We placed our order in the app and proceeded to the restaurant. When we got there, we were 9 cars back in line, as I expected at that time in the evening. However, the first car did not leave the drive thru window for over 10 minutes. In that time, 3 vehicles left the line. It took about 20 more minutes and we finally got our order. When we arrived home planning to enjoy our meal, we were not happy with the disappointments in the bag. First, I pulled out all of the food and noticed I was missing my chicken quesadilla. That’s a $5 item. The nacho fries were cool at best. Another $4 lost. Finally, the Mexican Pizzas BOTH tasted like wet cardboard and were inedible, another $10 loss. With tax, that was over $20 in items we could not enjoy. Since the app is designed to NOT accommodate for messages to be sent, I sent a message on their site. After almost 2 weeks, I received a piece of mail. No phone call attempted, or if they did there was no voicemail. No email response. Just a piece of mail. In the envelope? A highly impersonal card with 3 coupons for 1 free item. Are you kidding me? First, I had an issue with 5 items, 2 of which were completely missing. Second, the coupons terms state you may use 1 coupon per person per visit. Excuse me, but my issue was with 5 items IN THE SAME ORDER IN THE SAME VISIT. What a slap in the face! I would have expected a refund of even a gift card, not some restrictive coupons. I will never visit the Taco Bell on Thompson Road in Syracuse again, and I would caution others as well. If you want a quick, accurate and delicious order, definitely avoid this location. Do better Taco Bell. And to the members of your customer response team, learn to math as the compensation should match or exceed the problem.

I ordered through app. When I got to drive thru order board to let them know I was there to pick up my order they said “we closed” I said I ordered on app. They told me oh well to go to Erie BLVD. Um that’s out of my way and would like my money back. Then was told we have nothing to do with app and wouldn’t give me any info of how to get a refund. That was rude and unnecessary and will not be back. Refund my money. Turn off your location if you are closed. Get better customer service.
