I ordered a pizza. It took 30 minutes longer that estimated to deliver. That’s not bad but the pizza was stuck to the top of the box. We called and they said they don’t replace pizzas. After arguing that I still had to feed my family I convinced them to send another pizza. The second pizza has the cheese stick to the top of the box. Inedible. Praying they actually refund me like they said they would. I’ll never order here again.

This is now the 3rd instance I’ve called, been placed on hold after anywhere between 15 – 30 minutes and then hung up on in the last year. I haven’t GOTTEN to taste the pizza. Because your service is trash. When I called back after a 30 minute wait and being hung up on (it was now 10:11 PM and I work less than a mile from the store, but Marco’s closes at 11PM) I was told it was too late to send anyone out for delivery.

So far so good! Have ordered pickup 3x, food has always been correct, hot, and ready as expected. Can’t ask for anything more. My husband isn’t big on pizza but he really likes Marcos! Only complaint is that the chicken dippers are kinda skimpy, but that’s not the locations fault so I don’t hold it against them. The pizza and subs are excellent though!

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered two pizzas and cheese bread for delivery. Ended up getting a pizza half eaten and one that looks like it was sat on. Called back to the store and was told “oh. Sorry. We have an employee who likes to eat pizzas in the back when she isn’t supposed to and I guess it got delivered on accident.”

Unfortunately our experiences with this Marcos is too hit or miss. Some times it’s really good, others times its not good at all. Our most recent order ended up being 20-30 minutes later than the 80 minute estimate, and when the pizza arrived it was cooled off and not very appealing. They also messed up our customization. To make matters worse I’ve tried to call the store multiple times to give them a chance to make it right but was directed to a call center rep who never seemed to address the situation. Now you can’t even reach anyone by phone so we’ve given up and will choose not to use this location unless things improve. Disappointing to see places go downhill because of their personnel or management choices.

We did a carryout order. The issue is the desk guy there today at this location. What a RUDE, unprofessional, and bratty representation of this company. This dude was rushy towards my husband, making rushed ‘hurry it up’ hand gestures at him, was rude when he mistakenly gave the wrong number for the order, basically this guy was not someone who should work for any company that needs a customer facing employees.

Website special listed 30% off pizzas. Tried to order delivery online and it can’t find my address. I called the store to order and told him about the special and he said he needed a coupon. I told him its listed on the website and he said it is for online orders only. I told him the website can’t find my address and he told me they have had problems with that function. I again asked him to honor the coupon since the website can’t find my address for delivery. He stated he could not. Ridiculous. Empower your employees to take care of the client. I ended up ordering from a competitor.
