I’m not going to give y’all 1 star because y’all deserve 5… I just came here to say Alan (from The Hangover) needs to check his attitude and worry about the business that pays him. Your parking sucks, I’m sure you know that. I drive a Suburban, not space ships like you guys. So I parked parallel on the side of the building that faces the side street so that my back end wasn’t hanging out in the street. Well this apparently completely ruined his day and he was not afraid to show it. After catching an attitude about the way I parked I as kindly as I could told him I was just grabbing my food and then leaving. He storms off to the door and doesn’t hold it open for me (common curtesy especially in customer service) Then he decides he’s going to be the one to give me my food. I told him have a nice day and he just stared at me. I called him a jerk and then thanked the other kind employee who actually held the door open for me. So kudos to that guy. Hope the person reading this has a sense of humor and can pass some on to Alan. Your location is awesome and the food is always on point!! Have a Great Day!!

I don’t order pizza often, but when I do it’s from this Domino’s. The last few times I’ve ordered Alicia (might have the name wrong) was seemingly the only person working inside, and she is always very friendly and the pizzas always turn out great!

I’ve been coming here for 9 years, and in that time my order has always been 100% accurate. Always tastes great, is fresh, store is always clean, and with carryout it’s almost always ready in 10-15 minutes. Best pizza in Deer Park. Pizza Hut is bland, and Papa John’s is filthy with employees that don’t care.

Unfortunately this is the 2nd time that I have found myself walking in to place an order 15 mins before closing. Yes, I know…They haven’t “closed” yet but try walking into ANY other food establishment during the last 30 mins and watch the smirks and rude attitudes from the worker(s), with the “how dare you try to order something, don’t you know we are trying to close in 30 mins which means You’re screwing it up for us”. That has yet to happen during my last minute walk in order a few mins before closing. Both times Ive even asked if it was too late to place an order, neither visit did they make me feel as if my order wasn’t important enough for them to not shut down the ovens. These days, customers aren’t necessarily looking for extra benefits, we’re happy to receive the expected or “as advertised”.

I have never had this problem before, but I am bringing it to attention as it was horrible customer service. I ordered a large thin crust buffalo chicken pizza. The first pizza came in 20 minutes, but it had no buffalo sauce on it, had 5 pieces of chicken, and was burnt to a crisp. Furthermore, I had also ordered a 2 liter of diet Coke and the driver argued with me insisting I did not order one. I called the store and asked if they could send us a new pizza and correct their mistakes. It took them over an hour to deliver to us, and when it got here the pizza was stale, cold, and burnt again. The diet Coke wasn’t cold anymore either. I called them to complain and they said the buffalo chicken pizza is supposed to be burnt which is not true because we have ordered it before and it was not burnt. They did credit me and refund me, so I do commend their customer service and dealing with a very upset customer. However, it doesn’t sound like they don’t do these quality checks they claim they do.
