It was a great first time at this location. The staff was friendly, and made the order perfectly while also being quick. Would highly recommend!

The workers are nice however this is the third time I came in for cream filled donuts and the first two had maybe a dab at the very last bite of the donut and this recent one had none at all! It had a hole that the cream is supposed to go into but no cream. It was also stale. I may take the trip to Tim Hortons from now on.

I love that this location by my work is open 24/7. I need the late night caffeine to make it through. Normally my order is made how I like it and I order through the app so it’s fast.

Bagels have all SHRUNK AND OVER BAKED ! Terribly hard to bite into with a burnt flavor ! Nothing like they use to be! Too many young kids working here. Goofing off frequently .

I have work here currently, I know that the work environment is a clean one. Gloves are worn while handling donuts at all times. Friendly people, good prices and delicious food.

Love the Avocado Toast they have there, and who doesn’t LOVE a Jelly Donut, right? The Jelly Donut has been my fav since Childhood and remains that way. It’s great that they are Open 24/7 on those occasions when you crave a Jelly Donut, however, if you do go to the Dunkin Donut location at 763 S. Michigan Ave late at night, always check your order and your Change BEFORE you pull away from the Pickup Window. I’ve had 2 bad experiences at this location within about a week time frame, and this was the first 2 times ever going to the Drive-thru at a Dunkin Donuts. The first time, I ordered an Avocado Toast and 2 Jelly Donuts, get home and park, and realize they only gave me ONE Jelly Donut, instead of 2 (they were not even busy at the time). So, I called them before ever getting out of my Car and told them, and they said if I wanted to come back they would give me another Jelly Donut, so I did go back, since I live fairly close. That was a bit annoying to have to go back, plus the extra high dollar Gas right now, but they did give me 2 Donuts when I went back, instead of just the One they had shorted me, so that was resolved fairly well. The 2nd incident did NOT have such a good ending. It was about 7 days later, also late at night, about 11:30pm, and I went there for 6 Jelly Donuts (nothing else). The total, with Tax, came to $7.49, and I paid with a $20 dollar bill. I actually stopped in the Parking Lot, before getting to the Ordering Spot, and got out the $20 to have ready, therefore, I’m 1,000% absolutely SURE that I paid my Bill of $7.49 with a $20 dollar bill. There was No one else in line at the time, but just as the Girl gave me my order and my Change, another Car pulled up behind me, so I immediately pulled ahead so as not to hold that person up any longer than necessary, but I just pulled ahead enough to give them room to pull up, and I stopped long enough to put my Change in my front Shirt Pocket. Then I left and drove home, but as soon as I parked, before getting out of my Car, I took that Change back out of my Shirt Pocket to put in my Wallet. Now remember, my total was $7.49 for 6 Jelly Donuts, and therefore, my Change SHOULD have been $12.51, as in, a Ten and 2 Ones, plus 51cents…but to my shock, they had only given me 2 Ones (singles) and the 51cents, so I was SHORTED the $10. My first reaction, was to call right back (like I had done on the previous problem), but then decided for a couple of reasons, to wait and call back in the morning. One reason was, that I figured there would be a Manager there in the morning, who could likely check to see if they showed an Overage of $10 that morning, and the other reason I waited, was because after this being the 2nd problem in less than 2 weeks time, I kinda figured there had to be some pretty Ditzy employees working there, so I would likely get nowhere by calling back at that time. The following day I was very busy and unfortunately, I totally forgot to call during the day, and ended up calling the next day after that, so 2 full days later. That was my fault for not calling sooner, but not sure the result would have been any different though. When I did finally call, I did speak to the Manager, but much as I expected, to No avail, as she had Zero interest in even entertaining the mere thought that they could have made such a mistake as to short someone $10. She supposedly checked the morning in question, while I was still on the line, to see if there was any Overage that particular morning, and lo & behold, was told there was actually a SHORTAGE of $43 that morning! Well, I gotta be honest, I absolutely was not expecting the outcome to be anything other than what it was, but that being the case, my $7.49 Donuts now became $17.49 Donuts, and those were some damn expensive Donuts, right!?! A LESSON well learned.. NEVER pull away from that Pickup Window until after U check BOTH, that your Order is Correct, and more importantly, that you received the Correct Change back!!!

I bought two donuts. One a chocolate covered vanilla filled and the other a sugar coated raspberry filled donut. Neither donut had more than one bite of filling in them. Need I say more?
