If you’re going to operate a business do it the right way! Update your hours on both your apps, websites, and google. Maybe you should put them on your doors as well. I ordered 2 wraps with the expectation that Subway would be closing at 10pm like it says on Google & it’s app. My order was scheduled to be ready at 9:15pm. Once i arrived at 9:30, however, this Subway location was closed. I was expecting to walk in & out with my wraps that i had paid for over the website. Unfortunately, I was unable to. I expect better business. Tomorrow i expect a full refund as well as my meals.

Same experience as others. Ordered via the mobile app (where store was listed as “open” and accepting orders) and went to pick up my order at 8:30pm (order was confirmed to be ready at 8:35pm via email). Store closed, locked and dark. No number to call for refund. My disputed charge was rejected, stating that goods and services were delivered (um, no). This store does NOT handle mobile orders well, and Subway refuses to refund!

Here charging my Tesla and wanted to use the restroom. The owner/manager said you can’t use the restroom unless you buy something. This makes me unequivocally not want to buy something from this Subway. Apparently the owner doesn’t understand that goodwill is reciprocal. You treat customers and potential customers right and they patronize your business.

Absolutely horrible! I had to constantly remind them of what I wanted on my salad after they kept asking. Also, specifically asked for crackers, croutons, and utensils. The lady turned around as if she grabbed the said items and placed them in the bag. I get back to my gunshow and it was napkins she placed in my bag. Now, my $8 salad will go to complete waste being that I have no utensils to eat with! I could deal without the crackers and croutons, but not a fork! Very horrible experience! Especially after working since 5 am and I’m 5 hours away from home!

I ordered 6” steak and cheese. The guy put a half scoop of steak . It covered 1/4 of the bread. I ask the guy about providing more that it was only bread. He said no, only one scoop, which he didn’t give me. When I said I didn’t want it, he said ok and tossed it. Really!! I wished I had taken a picture. Stay away from this place!!!

Don’t order online. Store closes like 3 hours before posted time. I came at 8 to pick up my food and they’re closed…. I come back the next day and the worker said he can only give me the sandwich that had been left on the counter overnight. This business has horrible management.

This subway location is small and extremely high traffic during lunch hours. They are fast getting sandwiches out but not very welcoming while doing it. They do however have some outdoor seating options which are great if it’s not too hot outside.
