I can honestly say this was the cleanest, friendliest and most welcoming ChickFila I’ve ever been to. The food was perfect and they had fresh flowers on every table and in the restroom! As an added touch they provided diapers in the restroom for the little ones. Definitely worth the time to visit!

Since a different manager took over the service in the evening time isn’t so great. Having to wait on orders because they are goofing off instead of paying attention to the customers. Usually the online orders are ready when you get there lately having to wait more than 5 minutes on them. Breakfast crew is awesome. No complaints on them.

I will always love me some Chick-fil-A. It doesn’t matter which one they’re all freak’n awesome !!! We stopped here on our way home from vacation. Very nice, courteous, and respectful employees. Bathrooms were very clean. Parking could’ve been better at this particular one, but heck, they’re always busy.

They messed up my order twice in one week didn’t give me part of my order the first time second time I specifically told them no ice and they gave me a large cup of ice and pulp. When I got the chicken I ended up getting a serious upset stomach after. I can’t wait for the new location in Jefferson hopefully it will be much better.

Overall good experience. Most CFAs are this one, particularly on this day. They’re mac and cheese wasn’t baked as well but it was still good. I just hate how it expensive everything has become but that seems like everywhere. Just hard to believe. Basically $20 for one person to eat so mac and cheese. A cool wrap, a milkshake and a drink, but it is what it is and I will continue to support Chick-fil-A get atmosphere and great smiling employees…

First time ever visiting this establishment, i was pretty surprised at how well they’ve worked things out. I accidently got into the online order line and didn’t realize it, so i downloaded the app really quick, signed up super fast and placed my order (it was only fries and a Mac n cheese) in a matter of about 3 min, then i pulled up to the lady with an ipad, she had my order already, asked if i wanted to change it or add to it, i said no and she sent me thru. It was actually one of the easiest things I’ve ever done at a fast food restaurant. Not thrilled to support a discriminatory company, but i didn’t hate the process they’ve put in place.

I’ve been a big fan of Chick-Fil-A, and this establishment could’ve been better. Although the customer service was where it mainly needed to be, the food was lukewarm, which made the food chewy and tough. The fries lacked salt, and tasted very plain. In addition, the tables and booths were not clean, as I was sitting and laying my arms in crumbs. The trash cans were also overflowing. Overall, this could’ve been a better experience.
