We had a lovely mother/daughter dinner as we sat by the fireplace and enjoyed our meals. The shrimp and grits was flavorful, although it could have been a smidge warmer. Appetizers and drinks were perfect!

The drinks were nicely made, we had Bourbon smash and a Jack and coke. We had the she crab soup it came with something on it. It looked like it had water poured over it, and it tasted very salty. For 11 dollars, I wasn’t impressed, and I would give the soup a 2. On the other hand, the red velvet waffles with chicken were fantastic, so that made up for the soup a bit. The chicken was crispy and fried nicely. The eggs Benedict were simply okay. There was a tiny flimsy piece of meat which was disappointing but the egg was cooked perfectly. So that is how I came to average. The hash browns it came with were completely inedible. They were covered in some seasoning that was super salty. The view and ambiance were very nice, though.

Attended a 5 course Vegan Wine dinner here featuring Chef Scott Bogucki and it was fabulous! We were seated family style at large round tables in the lower level by the water for an indoor/outdoor experience. The space was lovely and the Chef, wine stewardess, and the owner each gave remarks about the food and drink offerings.

Delicious! Went for brunch and the cocktail list was as big as the food list which is always an A+ in my brunch book!

Went here for Sunday brunch. The atmosphere and decor were very nice. There was even a piano and vocal duo performing. The performance was at just the right volume (loud enough to hear, but not so loud that you couldn’t carry on a conversation without raising your voice). The service here was good. My dining companion really enjoyed the French onion soup and shrimp & grits. Unfortunately, my mascarpone stuffed French toast was very subpar. I realize that tastes differ when it comes to how eggy French toast should be. But, this was the least eggy French toast that I’d ever eaten. More like dry bread with a slight touch of egg that hasn’t actually penetrated through. The mascarpone stuffing was just mascarpone, not blended with confectioners sugar or any other ingredients. The blueberry compote topping was very good though and definitely livened up the dry bread that was served to me. Also, the coffee was very good. I don’t see myself coming back here for brunch, but maybe I’ll give dinner here a try at some point.

Very Rude upon entering I was never greeted by the host. He just stood there & looked at me. When I greeted the “greeter” he was rude and told me I couldn’t be seated on the balcony I had to eat at the bar. When arriving to the bar it was a lot of ppl in that area almost to capacity*yes I read the sign behind the bar* They offered seating at the tables in the rear to most ppl …. Not me. My food came cold then they microwaved it & it came back with skin in top . My drinks were disgusting and I was very specific they messed it up 3x. It was a waste of a hour of my life. I couldn’t believe the best thing about this place was the bread. The whole experience was terrible. I felt racially profiled and it was my birthday. I’ll never go back.

The food is ok but not amazing. I fell you come more for the great views and to enjoy the weather. The service is very good but the brunch was fine, nothing very special. They didn’t have many coffee options.

We made a reservation for brunch here a week prior to our visit from Cali to Buffalo-Niagara because of the outdoor view alone. We showed up early, and there were no problems getting seated. The patio had a wonderful view of the lake at Delaware Park. Seating was fine, but on a hot day, we really could have used an umbrella for some shade. They did have a few for some of the outdoor tables, and tables right behind our front row view were covered in shade, but we had the sun beating down on us. Though there were extended periods where we felt a bit forgotten because it was busy, the food was great. I had the shrimp and grits, and it was a healthy portion of shrimp and sausage. My partner had the french toast, and he had no complaints.
