The audacity of you guys charging $19 for a medium fried chicken when it has absolutely no flavor. I haven’t ordered from here in over a year because the last 3 times I ordered the food was terrible. Today was no different. The rice was hard like rock and the chicken had no flavor, the fried chicken sauce taste like greasy, ketchup and sugar, if you guys fired your old chef you need to hire him back.

I ordered a soup from UberEats. It said soup of the day, nothing specified but I ordered anyway because I just wanted soup. The soup tasted like 100% oil. I tried mixing it around, I tried throwing the oil off, it still tasted the same. I could not drink that. I was VERY disappointed, annoyed and angry. I still do not know what type of soup that was because it had no taste and I could not make out what type of meat that was. Money wasted. Stomach upset! I will NEVER order from this place again. The only good thing they have is the macaroni salad. Everything else is trash.

This message is for the owner of this establishment, if you want more business for your restaurant, you’re going to have to hire workers that are happy to have a job, workers that respect you as their boss and workers who show hospitality. Those people that you have on the front lines in your restaurant are horrendous. My husband came into order today but end up leaving because of the nasty attitude and rude behavior that your worker had. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, not even a homeless person from the streets. It’s very sad to say but the behavior from your establishment gives a lot of black owned establishment a bad rep because of the behavior from the workers. It’s a vicious cycle that never seem to end. You have to do better, my guy.

I WAS a frequent customer here. The food here is good, not great, but good. The prices were decent and most recently the prices have increased, in addition to the attitude from staff. The light skin older Jamaican lady has terrible customer service skills. Her attitude is stinker than the fry fish. She is cold, and wicked. Her tone is sharper than knifes. Her eyes are like daggers to your chest. Deadly. I had to flee to the halal restaurant next door. Customer service is very important to the experience of purchasing food. I’ve tried my best to deal with the attitude of this lady on numerous occasions. BUT today, is the end of this bully. Dear customer you deserve better! Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered Rasta Pasta and the pasta was spoiled over cooked pasta. If it was freshly cooked , It shouldn’t spoil if you have it in the fridge. I Spoke to the manager instead of trying to rectify the problem he’s was argumentative. We ordered $73 worth of disgusting food. I will never order from this place again!

I’ll like to extend positive affirmations to the staff here at this particular location in Roosevelt Queens. I travel all the way from Brooklyn simply because Latoya, Tanisha, and Devon perform efficiently. The trio has provided the utmost wonderful customer service. I have the option to frequent the Brooklyn locations but I honestly must admit the customer service here in Queens exceeds far beyond expectations.
