A woman in charge was trying to make some dude work. So, finally…. Dude hands a drink cup to my nephew with his fingers inside the cup. I ask for a new cup without his fingers on the inside. “Sorry, Boss.”. @/#+$*&!+-+&$#. The woman quickly and with professionalism handed my nephew his Nacho Fries.

Ordered nacho fries, one large mountain, Baja blast two bean burritos, two soft tacos, one Mexican pizza and two beef Chalupa Supremes. This came to a whopping $30….YIKES! They boxed the Mexican pizza very poorly. It spilled out of the box all over the rest of the food in the bag and I was missing the two Chalupa’s. I tried to call them to let them know that I spent $16 on two Chalupa’s that are missing from the order and a Mexican pizza that I like redone, but no one seems to be answering their phone. It rings twice then they hang up. So now I must drive over there, another 10 miles back to get what I paid for.

I came over on my lunch break from work. Decided to go inside instead of driving. I walk inside and a person who I think is the manager (has tattoos on his arms) was talking to an employee who I think is a new hire. And the conversation I hear is the manager telling the employee that when they get door dash orders that they do jot make those orders they leave them there until the order is cancelled. Now I am not going through the full conversation but as someone who does door dash it is annoying to pull up to get an order and to be sitting there for an hour before getting the food all because the restaurant does not want to make the food. It is no different than an online order. And yes Dashers do get angry when you waste our time because we are trying to make money and we get paid by order not hour.

Great food quality but they never fail to forget an item that we ordered. (In person AND Doordash) We ordered through doordash today and while the food was perfectly fine, they did not include any of the requested sauces and forgot our drink. The dasher even asked about the drink and he was told we didn’t order one. It was the first item on the receipt.

Ordered 2 Crunchwrap supremes and they were both terrible. Slightly burnt when they grilled them and they didn’t put any meat in either one and barely any nacho cheese sauce. Girl at the drive through was rude but at least you could make the food right. Ended up with a burn Crunchwrap with just lettuce in it. Come on do better

Quick service and the food is well made. I especially like that they provide enough sauce packets for the entire meal however they always forget to put napkins in the bag. I’ve noticed this about Taco Bell in general and am not just singling out this location specifically. Which is ironic because more so than other fast food restaurants which is ironic because they’re like the one fast food chain where we need napkins in the bag more so than any other fast food joint.

We ordered the breakfast Crunchwrap with bacon, a medium blue razz freeze and a large coke. The size of the wrap was perfect. All of the ingredients in the wrap were very well proportioned and cooked properly. Nothing was undercooked or overcooked. My daughter had to taste tests my coke and I had to taste test her freeze. I wish I would’ve ordered the freeze lol. Note for future visits to a Taco Bell. We didn’t dine in, but the property had very beautiful flowers and vegetation. Very, very well maintained too. The service through the line was great, the wait was short and the food and drinks were on point. If you’ve never had the breakfast Crunchwrap and you like, hash browns, eggs, cheese, bacon or sausage and tortillas, I’d recommend trying one. For a chain fast food place, I’d rather eat at Taco Bell than McDonald’s. The breakfast wrap isn’t greasy.

Just had lunch an hour ago. Only myself & granddaughter were in dining area. Staff was hanging around & cracking jokes. The dining room, soda & supply area was very messy and needed cleaning. Supplies needed refilled also. There is no reason for one of the employees could keep area clean & tidy.

Sat in drive thru for almost a half hour. Fries were cold and floppy, thrown in my bag upside down. Prices way too high. The one nice thing about Taco Bell used to be it was super inexpensive. Now the food is worse and the prices higher. You can eat at a Mexican food truck for better food and comparable prices.

I ordered a taco party pack with half soft/ half hard supremes..I got all hard tacos..I asked twice if they were 6 and 6…I was told yes..I called the restaurant after I got home and realized the error…the kid on the other end told me that they were sorry and have a good rest of the evening and hung up on me…I have no teeth!!! Why would I order 12 hard tacos? I don’t think I am going back to Taco Bell…That’s twice that this has happened…Not going for thirds!!!
