We stop by Tuesday after 6 pm. We had Mexican pizza’s. They were horrible! First we were told to use the kiosk no cashier but a few minutes after some customers walked out because they didn’t want to use it. She came from the back and help one person. Unsure who made these pizza’s but I had to trash mine. I have never experienced this when I stop by during the day. Still don’t know what that dark red thing was in the box.

Every time we go here, none of what we order is correct/right. The service absolutely sucks. If you see more than yourself in the drive through, go somewhere else. A sit-down restaurant is quicker. The worst Taco Bell location Ive ever seen. Been three times, every time it gets worse than the last. Management is non existent here. Nor is the food made correctly or fresh. Dont give this place business. They need to be replaced with something else.

I went through the drive thru about 2:15 today and ordered the new dipping taco cravings box and a baja blast…i pulled over into the connecting food lion parking lot to eat…i unwrapped the dipping taco first and it looked as if it was punched into the box…i pulled up to the trash at taco bells door and put the entire box of food in the trash! I was HANGRY and did not have the time to wait for fresh food or to go in and deal with trying to get a refund….also, a tree has more personality than the lady working the window…at least a tree whispers when the wind blows!

Very disappointed. It took 42 minutes to receive an order of two soft tacos, customers were being told to come inside because apparently modifications cannot be made through the drivethru (a lie, as I have done modifications in the drivethru), and an employee became extremely confrontational after denying a potential customer service (the man was physically unable to order on the touch pad). This was a great location when it initially opened, now I’m more inclined to drive to the opposite end of 150 to that location.

The store was understaffed around 11A.M. There was a problem with the drive thru, they took my order but never confirmed it or told me anything. There was only one other customer there and I didn’t even get served. After waiting/enduring almost ten minutes of nonexistent service, I cut my losses and left without paying or getting my order. Just an all-around bad experience.

Just stopped by to buy taco box of 12, cheese que,beefy burrito. I did not rec the cheese que and the soft tacos were not wrapped good causing the bottom of the bag to be soaked. Very disappointed with this visit. Will never request a large order again because the workers showed unsanitary ethics.

Imagine waiting 20 mins to find out they gave your food to the customer after you. The name was female and the customer after us was a male but I digress. Then imagine waiting another 10 mins and the guy comes back to say oh we got the wrong food. Then imagine waiting another 20 mins for them to remake HIS food first and give you the what do you want look. Well I didn’t have to imagine that it actually happened. Great taco bell. 5 stars. 8 of the last 10 times I’ve went here they always have a reason they can’t take my order. It’s either “we are out of chicken” or “our machine is down so we can’t take your order”. Better off driving a little further and going to the one in welcome. Much better experience

Ordered 6 items. 5 min away noticed 3 of 6 were wrong, cheaper items. Went back and showed male employee. I politely asked to have the whole order replaced since everything was now cold. He casually said no. I asked again, and same no concern attitude. I said he could just keep the bag, since it was all bad now. Would not return my money either. He did not care, and other employees were all just goofing off. I have had missing items before from this location, but this was bad. I went to another location 5 miles away, and they were great. I always have good service at that location.
