For fast food wings, this place is acceptable. The restaurant was empty yet took twice as long as the one in Kyle when it’s busy. I got ten wings, half garlic parm and half hot (sauce on the side). I think I’ll start getting all rubbed. The sauce flavors just don’t do it for me.

You folks HAVE to start announcing orders when they are ready. Last time I waited over 30 min on my food just to find out its been sitting on the rack for the past 15 min. I was 5 feet from the counter so they definitely didn’t say anything. I’m here again(idk why…) but they just did the same thing to another customer. He’s braver than I though, he told them to remake the wings. He’s been here for 45 min now waiting for food. Just found out they forgot to make our order. We’re waiting with him now.

I ordered a quick late night meal about an hour before the shop was set to close. My order was ready 20 minutes later like stated on the website. The gal at the register was very friendly and welcoming. My order was correct, right down to my extra cooked fries. The cashier was also tidying up around the shop so everything looked nice and neat.

Do yourself a favor, if you are craving wingstop go to the other location. This one has absolutely no quality control and forgets half your order every time you order. I keep trying because it’s convenient but enough is enough. I haven’t had a correct order once whether it was dine in, carryout or delivery. Wingstop… find a Manger that actually cares about your food and your business because the one at this location doesn’t seem to at all.

Ordered online, cashier was on personal phone call entire time I was picking up. I ordered “extra crispy” through the app and still had to take them home and throw them in the air fryer , they weren’t even regularly cooked and needed a lot of time to crisp the skin out.
