We have ordered twice from here once for delivery and once for pickup. The delivery order the driver brought the wrong food we had to drive to go pick it up there and they had to reorder it. The second time I ordered on the website we went to get the food and they said they did not have the order. Had to wait for them to remake the order. This place has good food and is good during the day but not for late night orders or delivery. Half of our food was missing that we paid for along with the extra sides of sauce that we paid for as well.

We went with family at night time around 8:45pm. We ordered Chalupa and asked Manager to make sure chalupa cell is hot. She said we don’t give ‘stale’ Chalupa. Then when order came one of the chalupa was cold and I returned it then she became angry and came up with new chalupa which was hot but with almost no beans(we replaced beaf with beans). I ignored it not to ruin our dinner, then we ordered another items,same experience almost no beans. The lady who called herself as Manager she was making our menu items literally did this because I had returned a Chalupa which was cold. I have been visiting taco bell since last 15 years and this specific place I returned after 5 years and this is the worst ever experience I had from Taco bell. After covid, taco bell really sucks in terms of service.

I placed a mobile order in the late evening with a friend and pulled up probably 5 or seven minutes after it went through. When we pulled up to the window, a worker (with dreads) handed us our drinks, which I noticed were both a size too small (medium); however, soon after got our food and drove off we found that the drinks were not the ones we ordered. I went back into the store and explained this, even showing the order on my phone, and kindly asked the same worker if she could replace the drinks. The manager overheard this and said that this mobile order had been placed about 30 minutes ago, which was not true as we had just placed it maybe ten minutes ago at this point. The worker seemed annoyed by this simple request, but took the drinks back in and remade them… in small cups. Once again, when I kindly asked the worker if for the large cups we ordered, she rolled her eyes and begrudgingly went back to remake the drinks… and gave them back as medium cups. At this point, I simply left the store. A mistake that the employee made, for some reason, left her with a disrespectful attitude that I could not fathom. I have never seen this worker here ( I usually don’t go at night), but I will not be coming back if I have to encounter her for my food.

The night/late night big guy/manager working is not only rude but messes up our orders when we go thru drive thru. Tonight, they didn’t add Two 7-Layer burritos, 1 Fiesta Potato, and extra jalapenos on Two different Nachos Belgrande orders. We’ve had experience with him not giving us our reciepts or not giving back the proper change (stealing). Ever since he manages night shift, food and service is terrible. We will drive to other TBs from now on. We asked for extra FIRE sauce and they gave us a mix. These are the saddest Mexican Pizzas I’ve ever seen.

They were rude to take order. When u ask something they talk loud with u and when i ask for fire suace they just give me 1 i almost spent 26$ and just one suace. Last six year I’m regular customer for taco bell everyweek i go at least 5 time maybe more but not less but i have never seen this kind of service fires without naco cheese and fires are cold i will never go in this taco bell again till i die. And prefer others not to go. I had to go mcd for food.
