At our Union Park, FL location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.
Fast-food chain serving fried fish & shrimp combo meals along with gumbo & funnel cakes. Based on 460 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.0 stars. Price $

Love them.glad they brought them back. Went on my first date in 1982. Was our favorite place to take our girls. And know we go with our son and such good memories. Awesome staff.

All of our items were cooked fresh and delicious. Even my picky mother was pleased. I wish I had gotten the woman’s name who took our order and brought our food out to us. She was VERY patient, helpful and courteous. Highly recommended this location and certainly will return.

Under Seasoned which may be preference. Waited about 30-40 minutes in a line of 4 cars for my food and it was warm at best. But relatively cheap.

It was pouring rain, had to wait for a while to even place my order, had to keep window a jar, so I would be able to hear when “they” we’re ready to take my order, Very poor covering at order area, better at the window. Food was good, cashier courteous, but no explanation for the wait to order.

Great food, fast drive-through, and better than average at getting orders right. 5 stars for that. LOVE the food. However indoor dining has gone downhill, and I’m reluctant to ever dine in there again. Dirty tables, ants crawling at a couple of the booths and near the register, and a sagging waterlogged ceiling tile dripping water on the floor during my last visit.

The young lady waiting on my way amazing very focused and a hard worker. I went in Wednesday the 22nd around 530 or so. We went in there a couple months ago and there was a black gentleman who was the same way. You know how to pick your employees! They were so hospitable and had customer service down! Give them a raise! Wonderful!

Great first experience and I had said I’ll be back for more, however I’m trying to figure out how the other day I waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes or more for a simple and small order, and yesterday I went inside and had my food before my seat could even get warm. 4 minutes tops. Very inconsistent. And my fries were old and cold when I waited 15 minutes. Employees need to hurry up.

Captain D’s has the best salmon dinner in Orlando. Don’t think I’m crazy because it’s true. This is the first time I get a chance to take a picture before I eat it. Captain D’s always has fresh food and quick service. Even at night I was in and out in 6 minutes. Oh and breadstick was so hot and delicious.

Yes, finally a Captain D’s closer to my house. The girl who took my drive-thru order was the sweetest. I don’t mind to wait for fresh food that doesn’t taste like fast food especially when the dining room is packed. The flyer that comes in the mail has some great deals. I can’t wait till the lobster rolls come back.
