Excellent location- I order to-go from here pretty often. The general manager Jim really went above and beyond to make up for an order mix-up that happened recently. I felt that he genuinely cared and wanted to make it right. Nice little things like that can make such a big difference.

Will never return to this location… 3 kids who ordered off of regular menu. When the 6 year old asked for an ice cream sandwich, we were told sure, but we would have to pay for them. What a disgrace. Not about the price, principle. The manager couldn’t be bothered as I had taken him away from his cigarette break. Approached with hands in pocket, head leaned, and a total arrogance. What ever happened to customer service? Oh and did I mention that we had to inform our waiter about the food on his face. Awful!

Food was alright for what I assume is a chain. They have some “3-course meal” deal for just under $15. Our service was noticeably bad. The waitress (Erin, I think, unless the name on the receipt is wrong). She said she was bringing popcorn to the table but never did, then she never checked to refill our drinks. She assured us an item didn’t have a certain ingredient, but it did. Then she walked off with our card for several minutes, walking back and forth with it, something that is illegal in like every other country. We were there late and it wasn’t busy.
