First visit to Red Lobster in about 4 years. The cheddar bay biscuits were great. Shrimp was good. The rest needs help. The baked potato was on small side – $1.49 for cheese and bacon. Broccoli and Brussel sprouts needed cooked longer. The filet mignon left ao much to be desired. I know this is seafood not steak but you can still have a decent steak – even just one better than I could cook at home. It was 1 overcooked (medium rare delivered medium well) and 2 pretty sure we were charged for a filet but got sirloin. Very different cut. As hubby said “it looks like frozen hamburger patty”. First time I’ve had to use A-1 on a steak in years. $80 with tax – definitely not $80 worth of food and not worth that price. The waitress was very friendly and attentive though. Best part of the meal.

I was in the area a few days ago and I stopped by here with a couple of friends, it took about 20 minutes before a server came to our table. The food was delicious and we had a great time, the only thing I didn’t like was we never got refills even after we told our server. Overall, the experience was delightful.

Large party to celebrate a birthday. Worst service, 40min for drinks, and no refills 30min for all in party to get their food after first plate brought out. Cold food . was sat next to vacuum on charger and lights burned out, dark. Over 2 1/2 hrs. Would have gotten a better meal at Chuck-E-Cheese. Won’t be returning. Very off brand.

Maybe it was just bad timing. Heard they got new cooks, and they were short staffed. The food was decent, but honestly not worth the price, my so called Admirals Feast was actually very pathetic. The wait was very long. Luckily we were enjoying our friends company and having a good time. The biscuits were hard to get and seemed under done, very doughy. Had to ask for silverware. It seemed like there were plenty of people working there compared to how busy it was, so I’m guessing that only a few good ones were spread to thin. I’m willing to try them again possibly, but that experience was definitely not worth the bill.

This location is amazing! waited around 10-15 min which was not a big deal, when we sat down our server was attentive, friendly and made sure to check on us. we ordered a few appetizers and our entires were perfect, and so delicious! Mike the manager came by to insure our experience was going well and even made sure we had all we needed which was really a nice surprise. this experience was truly amazing and will def be coming back!

Called ahead for a party of 11. After getting there, was told it would only be a little while. It took around 40 minutes to be seated at a section of tables that was already vacant when we initially arrived. It did seem to take a little longer than normal to get drinks and food, but the server was doing his best. The big flaw was at the end when paying. We sat in accordance with who was on what bill and who was paying. At the end of it all, two items that should have been on others’ tickets were charged to the wrong bill. It’s hard to switch it after it was already paid for and out the door.

Red lobster needs to step its game up the restaurant looks dingy and dark .runner took too long to bring basic food and drinks. Amaral plate was not appealing. The mozzarella sticks were cold and greasy, the broccoli was overcooked. 50 dollars for food, I posted pictures of also the lobster potato was small and cold. Overall it was a bad experience. No refund or revisit is needed. please bring back the Elegance of the fine dining experience RED LOBSTER used to be known for thank you.

Because I personally have not been to any Red Lobster locations in a really long time … But I did infact pick up an order for Door dash but I did not fill out this review! Therefore I will be deleting this one as it makes the establishment look bad. Again my apologies. Very poor service. Waited an extended time after being seated before the waitress come over. While we waited, we saw a party who was seated 15 minutes before us leave. We left and went to a nearby restaurant only to see the party who left before us there. While eating we saw another party that was waiting to be seated @ red lobster enter the nearby restaurant. Not sure what is happening but they can’t get the basics right.

We always have a good experience here. Food is always hot and very good. Was there last Saturday for lunch and had the same experience. Food came out hot and was great. A little wait on the food, but that was ok with us. Our server Nancy was spot on. Great attitude and very attentive.
