Terrible attention from the staff of this store I line up they are slow it is understood the girl on the answering machine cannot be heard I was stopped for more than 3 minutes I kept assuming it is useless and I get to the window to be told that they cannot attend me what to do line again I tell the young man that I will not leave that I want my food I had already waited for 20 minutes waiting in line in any other restaurant they serve you since it is not my fault that his mouth cannot be heard but obviously you can see the racism of the manager and Employees should pay more attention to the staff that attends their branches, at least with this experience I will never go back to this branch to buy in my life, it is rude and it really bothers me. Also, my mother was very hungry. We had to go to another branch in Soufield, where thanks. God if they treated us decently big difference in staff.

I ordered a meal and it was completely wrong. I asked if it can be made correctly she says no. I was in total shock I said it’s fine can I get a refund. She said no and the top of her lungs. Now this is the store manage Ashley. She looked at me with rage and said you like free food. I said wow because I’m black. She said get out my store and used profanity. It was other customers in the store they asked me how I can stay so calm and professional. I said I run a business and know how to treat people equality. I was in tears because this point my feelings are hurt and in complete shock. I let Ashley know that my feelings was hurt and I never had someone yell at me and cuss me in public. She said well it’s a first time for everything and used more profundity. Time go by another customer comes in his order was wrong they re made it Immediately. My mouth dropped. Mind you I was calm and never yelled. And re ordered my food paid twice and I was still waiting 20 minutes. Another manager in training came to the front re made my order finally which I had to pay for twice. Please stay away from this location every one should be treated equal. Worse experience in my life and I was to do secret shopping and worked in the food world, I would never let my employees treat customers like this.

I hate to be a “leave a review” type of person, but I feel compelled to say this anyway. The people making the food & working the counter were awesome. Food was solid. But it took an absurdly long time to go through the whole order-to-go process solely because of a single self-important, mean, passive-aggressive supervisor, who, for the entire 20 minutes I stood in the lobby, berated, snarked at, & sulked around the employees over a series of extremely minor grievances. Like, yelling at them in front of customers & everything. No one had time to make the food because they were too busy being chastised over seasoning. I know from experience how stressful that is. Absolutely hated watching people get treated that way on my less-than-eternal lunch break.
