The pizza is good but it is a big mess! All trash cans are spilling the trash and they had 2 trash cans in the kitchen! It takes 5 min. To take ou the trash there was also trash all over the floor! We asked if our table and chairs could be cleaned and the guy was annoyed that we asked!

Honestly, I was really disappointed. I mean little ceasers pizza is cheaper yet the presentation and quality is better. I understand they are busy but even they can admit this pizza isn’t appealing. Since we had it delivered we figured we’d take the loss and just eat it.

They blame the drivers when a product is missing. Also argue over what was ordered. But still blame the driver for not bringing it. That is not right!. I’ve had different drivers some bring it all or some don’t get the whole order. Treat your drivers better!!!

We have given this place multiple chances to be and do better. Each time we swear is the last chance and today was the last straw when I had to ask for my money back. The business is ALWAYS absolutely FILTHY! Every table and booth is trashed and left dirty while employees stand around and are either joking off or on their phone. Our pizza came out burnt on the edges and not cooked in the center, which made it a saucy cheesed up grease mess. Whoever tried to slice through it had the coordination of a blind bunny as every piece was inconsistent and cumbersome in shape as well as not cut all the way through. Even with one or two patrons in the restaurant, pizza still took forever to come out of the oven and get served. We are done and will not be back.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Pizza never showed up and when I called, the manager “Daniel” wasn’t very helpful. The worst me n Ed’s establishment in the valley so far. Would recommend another location

It’s unfortunate to watch the Quality and service go down at the Tulare Me N Ed’s. I received a pizza on delivery, The delivery took about 1 hour and 45 mins. Upon arrival I got a cold pizza & garlic bread. I usually don’t complain but this pizza had no warmth to it. When I called and spoke to the shift lead by the name of Rhiannon. She was very Rude, never apologized didn’t offer a remake & acted as if I where suppose to be perfectly content with the poor quality that was being served. As for myself I won’t be returning to this locations. Extremely Poor customer service & poor quality food.

Came for lunch with my husband and it was an absolutely horrible experience. It started with them charging us for a pizza we did not order, and they would not have fixed it if I didn’t bring it to the cashiers attention. Of course he already rang our card, so now we have to wait for a refund. After receiving the refund receipt, I mentioned how the new receipt was still incorrect. The lunch specials that we purchased are advertised at $14.99 each, however the new receipt has our subtotal at $33.73. Their response was that prices went up, but they haven’t updated their menus yet.
