Order on my mobile App food for my son. I went to the drive thru as my pick up preference. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. The took over 25 minutes after they had told me on the intercom “ One Moment “ that was ridiculous. Service was bad and the location was worse. Only the menu from the drive thru had lights. Customer service was AWESOME! There were only 2 people working. They made sure the food was fresh and hot! The lady working the window was really nice and letting me know that it was going to be a little wait. Kudos to the 2 employees that held it down!!!

I ordered the spicy crispy chicken meal @ 12:30am 6/28 and I was not disappointed. Firstly I would like to acknowledge the Hispanic man with all the tattoos! Apologize for not getting your name, he provided amazing customer service! He advised there would be a wait due to my chicken and fries being made fresh and that was nothing but the truth! Also thanks to the cook for preparing my meal freshly and accurately! 10/10

Half the food was old and cold, they did not have certain dipping sauces, half of the drinks were out (not available), all of the lights and heaters in the lobby were non-functional (it was cold and dark), the most important half of the menu did not work, employees displayed a lack of understanding of personal protective equipment (employee adjusted hair, collected money and packaged food with the same gloves), and the restroom reeked of urine. It is obvious that the owner(s) and upper management of this location do not care enough to run a decent establishment to properly train employees and maintain their store. Very surprised at how poor my visit was, even for BK.

I have been here three or four times to grab their Impossible burger meal. The three different managers were fine. But the elderly black woman is the best. She has great people skills. The food has been fresh, looks good, and tases good. Their fries have been freshly made and hot on all of my visits. The tables and floors are clean upon each visit. The staff are all really young but they do fine. Some are talkative and will interact with me beyond just taking my order. Their parking lot has been very clean. Their bathroom has also been kept clean on my visits. Only one time did they get my order wrong and it had to be completely redone. But they did it without any ruffled feathers or rolling of the eyes like you often get at some fast food joints. Overall, a positive experience. I would take my family and friends here with no hesitation.

Just got home from a long day of work. I ordered a TX double whopper and they gave me a single patty and man I’m not one to complain but that’s a 12$ burger man. Come on. They gave me a 5$ burger. Absurd really. I called the location as soon as I got home to see if we can fix it and no answer on the phone I let it ring for a bit. I tried also doing your survey on your receipt but it asks for a allocation number which is not displayed on the receipt. Pointless

Theirs has got to be the worst Burger King ever. I placed an Uber eats order which clearly states on the receipt onion rings and they have me fries. Tried calling them to report the error and of course no one answers the phone. This establishment need to be shut down if they can’t get their act together.

Bought a burger drove home which is 5 minutes away and my burger was colder than ice. I called a few times just to complain. After a 10 hour shift I did not have the energy to go back and get my order redone. This is the second time with an issue with this Burger King, but im finally done will never spend another dime here.
