This establishment is an ideal choice for a romantic and intimate evening, offering a delightful array of exquisitely crafted dishes. Each bite is a testament to the chef’s creativity, as the flavors gracefully dance on your palate, leaving a memorable and satisfying experience. The service provided is exceptional, elevating the already outstanding culinary offerings. If you find yourself in the vicinity, this is an experience that should not be missed.

Incredibly tasteless- the service was good, however the food was very mediocre. The tasting menu was boring and not worth the price. I have visited over 20 Michelin restaurants in Europe and the USA. However, this restaurant was the worst one we ever ate at. The food looked good in terms of presentation but it was tasteless and overpriced. *Please be aware that this restaurant got its two Michelin stars in 2009 and they have never been re-evaluated since then because Michelin hasn’t evaluated restaurants in Vegas since 2009/2008 (as you can also see on the official Michelin website that doesn’t ).

Bread cart is low key Amazing. Try Cherry and Olive. Best most unique butter service ever. Great steak. And they were able to guide me to avoid Seed Oils. (Which is the one major disappointment, why at a French restaurant would I have to ask. )

The food here is great! But what I want to talk about is its wine selection. I happened to read feature section of Wine Spectator’s Grand Award Winners 2023 for restaurants. One name pops up to remind me of a memorable wine experience: Guy Savoy! My wife and I had dinner here last November. We ordered a bottle of Echezeaux 2002. As we know the year of 2002 is a great vintage for Echezeaux. Must because of its wonderful storage condition, the wine in a marvelous state. Its nose is still elegantly fresh and its palate had a perfect balance with everything an Echezeaux typically has. Though the domaine is not one of the big names (Jean-Luc Aegerter), the wine had impressed us a great deal, and plus, the price was incredibly good: $460. A Burgundy grand cru in one of the great vintages offered in a top-notch French restaurant, can anyone imagine it? We have been to many Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, and, the wine experience we had in Guy Savoy of Las Vegas is definitely the best! However, the only regret we have is, that was the last bottle of 2002 Echezeaux by Jean-Luc Aegerter. My wife said she became melancholy to think that we probably won’t be able to have a similar wine dinner in a restaurant in years to come!

An amazing experience with incredible attention to detail. The restaurant is not the most warm and cozy environment… a little stiff, but the staff more than makes up for it. My only complaint would be to not seat everyone so close together when dining. It’s a large restaurant so spread people out a little If there’s room. Nobody wants to hear the conversation of other tables so close. Most people want some degree of privacy when spending so much.

The tasting menu here is a real treat, add in a nice wine pairing and you’re well on your way to flavortown (term taken from another famous “guy”). The bread cart is spectacular and the desserts are devilishly tasty.

Such a fabulous experience! The service was outstanding, food excellent and we absolutely loved the champagne, bread/French butter and dessert carts!! The space is beautiful and we were sat at a window with the Paris hotel in the background! We’ll definitely be back. We had the special truffle risotto dish, truffle and artichoke soup, and we both had the lobster ravioli! Yummy!

Top-notch Michelin stars restaurant. I had dinner at this place on May 19. Impeccable service, artsy French food, delicious cocktails and a great selection of wines. It’s a fine dining place and completely met my expectations for the money I paid. Yes, it is a very expensive restaurant, but the experience is very unique.
