Dry burger, cold fries and a 20 plus minute wait time, all for a mere $24 (for 2 double cheeseburger combos). This should sum up my dining experience. The cashier with the tattoos up his neck that was clearly stoned out of his mind was just a bonus. Don’t go here. Anywhere else in Springfield will be better, and quite possibly cheaper.

Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and the bun was stale and firm! Disgusting! Food is greasy and cold as well. I’ve given this restaurant many chances and their food is always terrible. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Had to rate this to leave a review. Went to this restaurant. Ordered some food. Got my order. Went to the counter to ask for some ketchup packets for my order. Had to go to the other part where the napkins to get one to wipe the coleslaw off of the bag. Took my order out to the truck. Had to go back in to the restaurant to get someone that was using the bathroom. Upon going back in the manager accused me of stealing a bottle of ketchup that was sitting on the counter in the area where I was. I took my bag back into the store and asked where the bottle of ketchup was at. She told me that I just needed to leave. She was on the phone with her Gm. She also said I’m not crazy. I know what I saw. Wanted a root beer float. But was told they’re out of root beer . This is not a place I would recommend to anyone

I ordered 4 chicken strips and only got 2 for whatever reason. On top of that, the person taking my order was both rude and rather inattentive. I had to repeat my order TWICE until he finally understood me just to have my food arrive lukewarm which was extremely disappointing. I mean considering that I live very close to this place. I also tried to get a Root beer float but as per usual, their ice cream machine was broke… lol I guess they don’t feel like fixing it which happened the last 2 times I tried to order from here.

My most recent visit will be my last. My food was undercooked, sloppy and thrown together. Beyond terrible. Won’t be at all surprised if this makes me sick later. I’ll make sure nobody I care about comes to this establishment. Awful food, worse service.

I was really hungry and looking forward to just going home, settling in and not cooking. Low and behold, I made it home and was in the process of serving my family.and still had to pull out the pots and pans because the crew was ready to go home and seemed to have just thrown some food in bags and sent me on my way. I normally check my order before leaving an establishment but decided against it this time in order to go ahead and leave because it was a couple of minutes till closing. My MISTAKE! I WILL NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN!! I called the restaurant and let them know what happened and was offered the opportunity to return the next day to pick my missing food items. That’s fine but I still had to cook and will possibly not have a taste for fish when I pick up my missing items.

I have a southern accent and realized when I got my total that they had misheard me. Thankfully there ere no cars in front of me at the drive thru so I rushed to the window to let them know. I was polite and not complaining. This was met with much contempt and they actually refused to fix my order I told him fine I would just take it anyway I ended up with a greasy mess that I didn’t want but I was in a huge hurry and starving. A little customer service would go a long way.
