This used to be the best location in the GR area, but since reopening has become one of the most unreliable. The last three times I’ve arrived at the store during business hours, I’ve been told that they’re closed. Twice before that, I placed mobile orders and was told that their system was down. While I’ fully aware that technology and POS systems are beyond the control of the workers, the consistent lack of reliability means I can’t recommend this location.

Food is fine. It’s Taco Bell. Seemed like the staff cared more about what they’re listening and dancing to rather than service. Lots of customers came in after complaining about their drive thru experience. Didn’t help that there’s always a gentleman in the lobby, I don’t know whether he’s mentally challenged, drug addict or homeless or any combination of that. Regardless he stands at his table yelling at himself, wearing disgusting clothes and just keeps us on edge. Staff didn’t do anything about him.

Its Taco Bell. Never going out of business, no matter the lack of customer service. It is what it is. Ordered during the 9:00pm hour, and the business canceled the order before 10:00pm. The restuarant was not in contact (of course). I wanted their product, but it was too too ate late for the service. If you order delivery, you might not get your order, because they are not going to make it. Taco Bell is so big, they can do whatever, and people will still buy…..

Placed order on DoorDash. And I get a call saying that they gave my order to someone else. I don’t recommend this place if you want to receive your food. They are also closed a lot but they don’t close the DoorDash side of things so it still lets you place orders. Bad spot to order from.

The food was decent, our order was missing some items but the staff corrected it right away- so no issues there. However, there was a man that was sitting at a table yelling incoherent sentences loudly at himself the entire time we were trying to eat (about 40-45 minutes). Staff would occasionally bring him food and drink, so I’m not sure if he’s related to someone there, or homeless, or whatever the situation is, but it was hard to hear what the other people in my group were saying because he was being SO loud with the nonstop rambling. Next time I’ll probably just use the drive-through and eat at home. Looking at another review on Google, it seems this guy is allowed to camp out there. Nothing against the people working here, and I feel bad and sympathize with the troubled man, but the situation is just really uneasy and uncomfortable to be around.

Tried to do a Mobile order and sat in the drive through line for a half hour still. Then the staff said their system went down, but they could still do our order. But then didn’t give us one item and said it didn’t show up on their end, but refused to give it to us even though I showed them the order on my phone. They were very rude to us from beginning to end of trying to pick up our order.

I was advised by cashier Ana M I was messing up their drive thru times and to pull back around after finding out no orders are coming thru on their app. Then she refused to honor same deal in person, and if I was unhappy then to go somewhere else. Extremely rude. I asked for a name and she refused. I ordered a small drink just for a receipt and look her name is there.

It never fails that whenever I order from here they always mess up my order. My wife just went to go and pick up our order and they missed several items to the point where I feel like they didn’t even try to give us the right order.

Walked in and stood at the counter for quite a while. Only to have an employee tell me I had to take my own order at the kiosk. I was surprised at that but can’t say I was surprised with the employee’s attitude. Customer service has never been this location’s strong suit. They should’ve stayed closed. We left and went to Jimmy John’s much better service and food. Do yourself a favor and only use the drive thru or just skip going to this location in general.
