We stopped in during their soft opening this past week and everything was fantastic!! We have visited one other location nearby but this location will be our go to from now on since it is a bit closer. Although it was the soft opening last week meaning the employees were still training their was no issues what so ever. Our food was great as well as the service. Highly highly recommended!!

I really like the place, it’s so inviting and bright. Modern and super busy on Sundays. I’ve been there 3 times and the food was good, but I have to say the portions became smaller and the prices are getting steeper. Especially when you’re plant based you get pushed to pay more. This time the plant based french toast was absolutely laughable. For 2 slices of bread and some powered sugar I paid almost 13 dollars. Oh and I got a dimple side of fruit. That just not justified. Service was almost not existing. Waitress Michelle skipped our table multiple times.

Walking in we see a line, not a big deal, we give our name to the hostess we’re told it’s a 15 minute wait, not bad at all. 15 minutes go by no one has been seated at any of the many open tables, people that got there before us are walking out. 25 minutes go by they offer us dry biscuit samples like having a mouth full of crumbs is going to make waiting better. 40 minutes go by we’re about to leave talking about other lunch options, because at this point it’s lunch not brunch, they call our name. We get seated, we’re hesitant and we’re told for the first time that the kitchen is running behind and we can expect at least a 25 minute wait for food, fine, the menu was interesting so we decide to wait and we already had time to pick our orders so we order right then. Waiting waiting waiting at 45 minutes they come out and tell us that they don’t have biscuits, and it’s gonna be another 15 minute wait if we want what we ordered instead of substituting for an English muffin, if the kitchen is running behind because your out of biscuits why were you giving people dry biscuits for waiting? We take the substitution. The food finally comes out they forget a side order that takes another few minutes to come out. The eggs are overcooked. The food is fine. We finish eating have to wait another 15 minutes to get our check and then charged a fee for not paying with cash. Also the whole time the manager(?) is running around looking stressed out of his mind which is not exactly a relaxing breakfast atmosphere. I understand that this is a newly opened restaurant but it’s not the first location, and the least you could do is not lie to my face about wait times. Terrible experience, terrible service, hidden fees, mediocre food.

We’ve been here 3 times, as it’s the closest location to us, and the experience is always rough. The restaurant itself is pretty but it’s never clean, there’s always trash on the floors, lots of dirty tables, bathrooms are gross. Our server (we had her during our last visit) was just as standoffish as the last time and because it was so loud inside she had to lean in to the booth to take our order and reeked of cigarette smoke.

Great location for a great restaurant chain. Sydney Joe is a fantastic server and Stephen is a great bartender. Such good, down-home cooking, and everyone has a smile, even in the middle of the summer when you know everyone is hot. Highly highly recommended.

We are so excited to see this pop up in our neighborhood. The staff is so friendly and the food is great! There are lots of plant-based items on the menu. Sherry, the hostess, was so sweet and checked on us several times to makes sure we were taken care of. Our server Cora was knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a large space that is warm and welcoming. My daughter loved that she could order a cheeseburger anytime of the day. We will be back!

The serves was horrible. We were there for 20 minutes before our order was taken. My food was brought out 5 minutes after everyone else’s and it was not very hot. We had to go ask for our check and then they never came back to cash us out. We finally just left cash at the bar and told a different waitress it was there. Will definitely not be back here

I brought my 10 year old here for a Saturday breakfast after her first week of school, and after sitting for 20 min without being acknowledged I went and told the front greeter who let me know someone should have come to assist us although she never did. There was no reason provided as to why everyone else around was served but us. I wouldn’t recommend this type of service to anyone I know. Such a poor experience for a first time.
