We stopped in to grab a bite to eat at a new Wendy’s location. Upon going in the door the entrance was messy had to step over trash. The overall experience was a good one including the food. The manager seemed to have everything running smoothly behind the counter. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the dining area

We had not been here in months in hopes to see things change and gave it another chance this evening. When we walked in, we noticed the facility was not kept up to par in cleanliness (tables/ floors etc). A good amount of the beverages in the machine were not available, supplies were lacking out by the drink machine such as napkins and lids. The person who took our order was helpful this evening but it seems like there is a lack of customer service in general at this Wendy’s location.

I really have a bad experience with this restaurant in Land o Lake the First they give me cold French fries and then they change it to me. I take my meal I go home. I opened its wrong order. I go back. I told them this not what i ordered, and the girl she told me you wanted a refund or you want another one l told her no, i need the refund, and then the manager she’s came. She told me what you wanted. Refund or another one I told her no i want a refund And then she told me don’t worry. I will make it for you, good, after that, she gave me just a sandwich. And about the fries, she didn’t give me another one . And in the end I pay $11.50 for just a soda , the employees over there they don’t want to work they are lazy it’s really bad over there , I hope some of the main managers Connect with me Because it’s really bad And after these experience I will never ever eat and this restaurant anymore.

If I could give a negative star review I would. I stopped to get food for my kids. I’m so glad my babies didn’t eat their food this time. Both of their sandwiches had bread that had mold on it. Just disgusting will never stop here again

This location lacks customer service when the young lady manager is on duty. When the young gentleman manager is on duty he and his crew deserves 5 stars always a pleasure to come to this location when the gentleman is working. The taller blonde manager doesn’t care about the customers inside the store no ice for the soda machine she wouldn’t acknowledge people as if we where invisible. Let her know no customers no check.

No ice, no coke, cold fries. The table had cup rings on it. The next on had a fry and the one behind us had a straw wrapper on it. The floor was dirty and the rest room was horrendous. This is a newer store but the staff was definitely not up to par.

I walked in and walked right back out, which I have never done at a Wendy’s. This place was probably the dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. I’m talking literal dirt and trash in the floor and every single table was littered with debris. I hate writing a review like this, but I’m hoping management will see so they can do something about it because I love Wendy’s, but will not eat at this location.

Wendy’s has always been our favorite fast food place and we were thrilled when this one opened near our home but something is terribly wrong here. The order is often wrong and the crew at this place is just the most unhappy and flat out rudest group of young people you can encounter. We do get an occasional nice person and now and then our order is correct, but shouldn’t it be the other way around. Very sad to say we will not be returning.

This Wendy’s was great when it first opened. Now it’s totally ridiculous! I was the only car in the drive through. I got pulled to sit at a stop sign for 15 mins for a simple 6 piece chicken nugget meal! I watched 6 different cars be taken care of. The worse part is the food wasn’t even fresh! So why make me sit there for 15 mins!? Absolutely ridiculous! This location definitely needs better time management

Visited the drivethru today. Got to 1st window and overhead a man being verbally abrasive with the window cashier in regards to the car line moving too slowly. The window was open, and as he noticed us listening, he stopped berating her about how displeased he was with her work (as if she soley controls the speed of the line). I was in the passenger seat. As soon as I heard him, I looked up and said, “who’s yelling?”… “let’s not yell at employees in the drivethru window…”. This was after the man had apparently walked away (again, I was not looking directly in their direction). As we were driving to the 2nd window, my husband gave a sincere apology to the girl at the window. I asked if she was OK, and he gave me a look. I said, “Is she crying????”. My husband said, “Yes.”. As we arrived at the 2nd window, I’m still talking about the situation with my husband, and (what looks like/different attire than rest of staff) the general manager asks if I’m talking to him, so I do start to address the situation. He soon feels I’m not talking to him (he seemed unsure/thought I was on my phone), and says, “Oh, you’re not talking to me.”. I explain that I am talking to him. I explain our concerns and he didn’t know what to say before his boss (looked to be corporate and also the PERSON that was being rude to the employee/also different attire/ fancier) walks over with a distasteful look on his face, and asked what the problem is… The GM attempts to tell his corporate manager. I intervene at this point. I explain, again, the concerns.
