This is the second time I’ve been to this location and I will never go back. It takes so long in the drive through. The menu board was as not working there was a sign that said pull through to order. So I did and as I was ordering, someone in the restaurant told the worker at the drive through window they were out of lettuce and bologna. I said okay, that’s fine. I pay and when I got back to work and opened the sandwich, I discovered that whoever made the sandwich put everything on it that I asked them not to and pretty much omitted everything I did ask for.

Great sandwiches, friendly staff that seem like they’re always working hard and fast. The orders are almost always 100% correct. Avoid the drive through. You never know if it’ll be 5 min or half an hour and there is no way to exit once the process begins. The drive through screen is barely usable; it flits in and out so it’s a bit hard to order, has been broken for a month or so. No one seems to order giant orders, guessing like everywhere they’re understaffed and doing their best.

When I’m visiting Lincoln from Fort Worth, Texas I have to eat here at least once if not twice! Terrific fresh bread and meats sliced up right in front of you. The guys can move the serving line at lightning fast speed so you’re eating quickly. There is a drive through here too but I like to go inside so I can refill my drink and just sit long enough to eat.

Was spoke to very condescendingly by Jeff. He would not take responsibility and insinuated things that we’re not true. Was very rude spoke to me like I was stupid. Our orders are wrong most of the time. A missing sandwich,ordered fresh soups but got the cold ones. Sandwiches not toasted enough to even melt the cheese and meat was colder than usual. And this last time they forgot bout chips. There is a legit reason we are frustrated. We love the food,but the service, especially Jeffy is very lacking in quality, consistency and professionalism. Would hate to stop ordering there it’s the closest and we love Mr. Good ents food.

lol not only are they slow as heck here, but today an outstanding employee informed me after losing track of my sandwich that it was my job to keep track of my sandwich on their line where they make deliveries + drive thrus at the same time as in store orders. how am i supposed to know what sandwiches are for drive thru when i cant see the tickets myself? do better.

Going thru a drive thru at a store that already takes a long time. With a drive thru screen you are too cheap to fix is RIDICULOUS. Your staff hates it and your customers should not have to pull to the front after ordering and wait another 15 minutes. I had 1 car in front of me so that was being stuck waiting 15 minutes. Another 5 to order. Then asked to pull around which was another 15 mins. fix your system. For your employees AND customers.
