On Thursday night around 9:30pm I visited Taco Bell and the manager was SOO NICE and helpful and one dosent usually have that good of service, HE was SOO NICE that I thought he was the owner and glad to help. Then when I got my food I could not believe how good it was, fresh crisp lettuce with ripe tomatoes and nice amount of good seasoned beef and cheese! But it wasn’t just the good food but rather how NICE AND FRIENDLY THE MANAGER WAS TO ME!!

Ordered through the app from home. Drove 5 min to the restaurant. Arrived to find only the drive through open. Waited in line at the drive through for a few minutes. At the speaker after telling them I had a mobile order was told to pull up to the window. When I finally arrived at the window they had no record of my order and advised that I should go back the drive through line. “sometimes the mobile order takes fifteen or twenty minutes to come through” is what I was told no thanks! I had to request a charge back from my credit card to get my money that had already processed for the ghost order. I don’t think I ever want to go to Taco Bell again. Sad because I like their food. Too many experiences like this though.

Trash. Avoid at all costs. At least in the evening. Workers are rude & ignorant. Food lukewarm. Broken and missing items in the bag. Automatically rounded my money up to donate to some Taco Bell fund without even asking my permission.

The service here has dropped drastically. I get you’re short staffed like the rest of the world but this is unacceptable. I ordered the chicken chalupa meal and somehow got hard shell beef tacos and they were made so poorly. This is the second time in a month they have given me the completely wrong order. Please get it together Taco Bell.

Hate to leave a bad review but by far the worst experience we’ve had at Taco Bell. Understand short staff so wasn’t terribly upset at time to get an order. The terrible part was the soggy falling apart tacos, the crunchwrap, and mexican pizza with almost no meat on them, but by far the worst part was the old stale chips in the nacho bell grande that left a bitter taste in my mouth.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell (or any fast food restaurant). I got home and I received 4 chips for my nacho, 1/2 of a container of nacho cheese, 3/4 full slushy, and 2 cinnamon bites (I paid for 4). The rest of my order wasn’t correct either. The drive thru line took over ten minutes. The employees looked angry and were visibly arguing.

Isaac took my order in the driver thru today, was extremely polite and respectful. Seemed like they were busy and he had a lot on his plate but that didn’t dampen his smile. He’s truly one of the best hard workers there and regardless of what he makes he deservs a raise. My order was perfect. Shout out to Isaac for making my day that much brighter!
