I’ve been a patron of this Subway and have gotten friendly with the owner over the years. I’ve never had a bad experience there, but now a 6″ combo costs $15? No add-ons, nothing special, I know the cost of everything has risen but I can get a Publix sub or Jersey Mike’s sub cheaper. Gone are the days of the $5 footlong. And I’m gone from Subway.

Hours said they opened at 9am. Drove out of my way to pick up some sandwiches but when I arrived – I found the door locked tight, the lights off and nobody home – a little after 11am on Friday 7/1/22. No note, no explanation….just locked up as if to say – “GO AWAY – Don’t bother us”. Ok…message received. I won’t bother you any further. Guess you don’t want my money or my business.

Good location, clean and decent staff. I placed my order online 2 hours before my pickup time and it wasn’t ready when I arrived at 12:15. I did notice one person being trained so that could be why things were a little slow. Otherwise it was a good experience

I used this store my whole life. Had the worst customer service experience ever. Long story short it took me 4 days to get my order because they refused to refund my money for an order I placed through the app when there were issues with their oven. Once the order was placed on the app there was no way to cancel it. I was at their mercy since there were no other options. I was told I’d have to come back. They made me feel like I was bother to them. Never once even offered me anything such as an extra sandwich or cookie or whatever for having to make 4 trips to the store not even an sincere apology. I will never go to this store again. I will drive twice the distance just so I don’t have to.

I come here to get a sandwich and I am told I have to wait cause they are making to go orders first before a walk in customer.. SERIOUSLY!!!!! So the walk in customers are important??? Apparently not. Then to find out there is only one person on shift. What kind of owner or manager would leave someone working by herself. That’s is unsafe and wrong. 4 people having to wait on this poor lady cause she is all by herself doing all to go orders and customer walk-ins . The manager should be fired for scheduling one person alone!!!!! And they also had no bread ready!!! Like really!!!!

I went into this subway on my lunch break to get my usual turkey breast sandwich. I got in line & stood there for a second. There was a line with 2 people ahead of me so I went to use the restroom. The door was locked. I went to the front and grabbed the key and the worker Teresa literally snatched it from me. She said I must make a purchase and I said I am making a purchase. She told me I had to wait and stand in line and make my purchase before she would give me the key. Another nice customer said I could go in front of him, but at that point I felt that it was unnecessary and he should not have to do so just so I could use the restroom. The entire experience made me not want to spend a dime in this location so I didn’t and probably never will again. Not to mention that when I walked back into the subway to get the workers name she was literally standing there talking about me to the customer. Teresa needs serious training in customer service and should be pulled from the floor until she receives it.

Summer Love
Dinner time. Girl working, sweeping floor used dustpan to pick up debris. Walking in, she picked up gloves to fix sandwiches WITHOUT washing hands first. I asked her to wash hands BEFORE fixing my food. Girl got and attitude and coworker came from the back and did the same thing when two other patrons came in behind me. The ONLY reason I didn’t say anything to the two gentlemen is because hubby asked me not to. NASTY GIRLS DO NOT EAT HERE! DO NOT WANT TO WASH YOUR HANDS ESPECIALLY DURING A PANDEMIC. Oh the worst of it all NO MASK WORN BY EMPLOYEES!

Placed an online order to pick up around 7pm, only to get there and this location be completely closed down for some reason. Called their num er with no answer and have since contacted customer service twice over a 2 week period and still have not heard from a manager. Refuse to ever give them any of my business ever again.

I came into this location this morning and the brown headed girl named Kaitlyn was excellent . She was very nice even when I accidentally grabbed the wrong card to pay for my food and even went back and redone it for me . Very pleasant lady . Will definitly be coming back .

I typically come here when it isn’t busy. I get good service. Sandwiches are good. Update** if you know this area, you will not be surprised. I watched one of the employees do a drug deal, in the parking spot directly in front of the store. I guess he has 2 jobs ♀️ ♀️
