I love Jimmy John’s. But I can’t order because I only have cash, there is a cash option but it won’t let me chose it. I wish I could have ordered from there today. I order for lunch from work probably once every few months, and every single time it’s been at least 30 minutes late. I work less than a mile from the store location, place my order early and do a schedule ahead, and it’s never on time. This has happened probably 5 times in the last year, and I’ve always tried to give the benefit of the doubt. But I’m sitting at work right now, 20 minutes past my desired delivery time, and the tracker says it isn’t even out for delivery. They need more workers or to prioritize the orders that come in and are scheduled- as there’s a reason people do that.

This location could use some help. Most recent order took 45 min and was soggy when it arrived. Called to check on the order as the tracker said it was delivered and the employee was absolutely clueless as to if I placed an order let alone where my food is. Was asked if I wanted to speak to a manager so I said “I guess so?” Same employee came back on and told me to wait another 10 min and to call back. Really disappointed in this experience and the downhill trend this location seems to be taking.

Every single time I place my order I have the hope that I will get my food “Freaky Fast” instead, I get it SLOTHLY SLOW!!! I’ve had order with cold food, ends of the loaf, incomplete orders and never a good experience. They don’t even have the courtesy to tell you that they are short staffed, or that they are backed up. I will not be ordering from here again.

Wow what a difference from the Manchester store. Talk about a rip off. I ordered the tuna unwich. It was basically lettuce sprinkled with tuna and provolon chesse. Not to mention the 4.50 delivery charge. I was right down the street.
