I had an order for 3 pizzas on the night of June 24th. I ordered online, prepaid, and tipped. I signed up for text updates. An hour and a half later, I received no text updates, and the online tracker said my pizza was delivered (it was not). I tried calling them to see what happened, and nobody answered the phone after waiting for 15 minutes. I received no calls (so it wasn’t a failure to answer the door). I even verified the address 3 times. So I paid (and tipped), didn’t get my pizzas, and couldn’t even get a refund because they didn’t answer their phone.

This place sucks. Never got my delivery even tho it said it was done and being checked. I called and left on hold over an hour. Finally went there and they never even made my pizza. Even tho they can take the money off ur card instantly, they told me 48 hours until I got my money back. It’s been weeks and still no refund. Sent several emails to the office and filed a complaint and still no response. No phone number to call to talk to a human. This is the second time this has happened. Never again will I do business with them.

The store isn’t able to acknowledge online when they’re unable to do delivery. I ordered delivery and very soon after got a call saying I’d need to come get the food as they have no driver at the moment. Two very kind men there taking care of the whole place on their own. Maybe they were understaffed but given the situation, they handled it well. They explained the process of how my refund for the delivery fee would be handled. Food was still warm and had no issues with it when I got home. Only took off one star because I had to put pants on to go get my food haha. Maybe corporation should give their locations options to mention if they can’t do delivery before someone puts in delivery orders in the future! It would be helpful to both staff and customers.

I’m big on customer service and David was amazing!! I was getting lunch for my crew and they absolutely LOVED it. Fresh, hot, and perfect cheese/ toppings ratio, wings were top notch per my guys! I mean all of the things. My new go to when I’m on that side of town for a fire pie.

We ate Domino’s on vacation twice with our kiddos and we’re really happy with the price and the pizza. When we returned home, we decided we’d try it again. We ordered and went to pick up. There was one cook working, who also greeted us at the counter. He said they didn’t have the stuffed bread we ordered and he had no way to refund us, but we could get soda or wait for a pizza to make up for it. There was a delivery driver who was also working and I ended up speaking with him and getting a number to call to get a refund. These guys were working alone. Overworked and underpaid. We got our pizzas home and the were the wrong toppings and they were very burnt. Not comparable to the pizza we got on vacation at all. I called the franchise and got a full refund on Monday.

Ordered food at 5:42 and finally got it at 7:30. One pizza was supposed to be hand toss cheese. We got thin crust supreme. The other pizza was supposed to be extra beef and some of it didn’t have any beef on it at all and it was ice cold. Tried calling the store and was on hold for almost 15 minutes and ended up taking the pizzas back to the store to get a refund.

Was picking up my order when the doors were locked..thinking that was weird then my phone goes off telling me my order has been canceled. Got there at 6:36 and they sent that message at 6:37! Before that it was an hour wait…called and all they said was they shut down…didn’t give me a reason as to why they didn’t tell me sooner until the “pizza” was ready. very displeased at how everything was handled.
