I’ve been here multiple times now, 3 times to be exact, being I live in a different town. Two times ago I got a chicken strip basket, the chicken and the gravy was great, the fries were not hot and just not good. I recently went back, got a burger (it was delicious) with fries, once again, the fries were not hot and just bad quality, we ended up throwing them away, I even had a friend test them to make sure and she said it before me. Hot fresh fries go a long way.

Used to be the best dairy Queen in the state. Times have changed. A month or so ago my daughter and I stopped. A woman came in the door yelling “who is in my parking spot? That parking spot is for the manager” I guess she was the manager. She went around and asked everyone if they were driving the brown truck that was parked in a regular unmarked parking space in front of the restaurant. First off, we saw 5 cars in the drive through and we would have ordered inside, but once you get in the drive through lane, there’s no way to get out. We only ordered two chocolate dipped ice cream cones and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for them. The cones were supposed to be medium size, but they looked like less than what you’d get with a small cone and there was a thin, runny coating of chocolate on the outside. The cones were extremely overpriced for what you get (over $8 for two) and came out so messy it got all over the inside of our car. Ice cream was sub-par.

If I could I would rate this -3. Yesterday afternoon there were at least 3 staff working that we could see. We had a simple sushi and dipped cone order that was not filled. A cooked order for people after us was ready first. The drive through took priority over inside guests. The eating area was dirty. The bathrooms were in poor shape. We paid but could not wait any longer for our order we were so dismayed.

We were in drive through for 25 minutes that is RIDICULOUS!! It’s a drive through what happend to service!! Get your ducks in a row people. We are planning a bus trip which would have been A LOT of business for you but not stopping here wait time is unbelievable! Hire people get a manager that cares do something! There are a lot of negative posts here and now I see why!!

We stopped on our way home to the cities after visiting our granddaughter in Mankato. We went inside after seeing 9 cars in the drive through. I almost wish we hadn’t seen the inside of the store. I’ve never seen a more disgusting food area or poorly run store. I don’t think anything had ever been wiped off, including counters, handles, etc. The kid who took our order did not appear to have good hygiene and had we not already paid for our food we would have left. I watched him touch other people’s French fries with his bare hands, then proceed to carry a large container out to fill the ice cream machine and then go straight to making our cones. He Never washed his hands or put on gloves. The Ice cream was runny but we didn’t say anything because we couldn’t get out of the store fast enough. The poor guy next to us looked just as disgusted. I can’t believe this place would pass a health inspection. We will not be coming back to this store ever again.

I’ve come to realize it takes awhile here which is fine if you’re short staffed I get it! I’m more than fine waiting. But if I’m going to wait that long at least get the quality decent! We got 2 blizzards tonight. One was FULL and half melted with a lid on it.. ended up leaking all over our car we couldn’t open it until we were outside the 2 napkins they gave us sure helped.. I sure wish I thought of the whole flipping the blizzard upside down or you get one free cuz that would have failed.. the blizzard I received was suppose to be a s’more blizzard. Pretty certain it was just vanilla ice cream. Just an annoying experience.

Waited in the drive through for 30 mins. All I ordered was a mini blizzard. It was taking so long between orders I ended up downloading and ordering through the app. The only reason I waited so long was because once you are in the line with people behind there is no way out. When I got to the window there was 1 person doing everything and 2 others standing there talking.

Blizzards were mostly melted, fries were soggy and tasted funny/old. There was absolutely no toilet paper left or paper towels in the bathroom. Viewable areas of the kitchen were not sanitary, employee was touching his face and then continued to prepare food without wearing gloves or washing his hands first. Will not be returning.

Went here to order 3 blizzards and two of the three blizzards were made wrong. So we called and the manager was extremely rude. Never apologize once for their mistake or for her being rude.
