I walk in and order a sandwich with chips (as I hold up) and a drink. I told him no cu no tom ( I have done this at numerous locations). He then looks at me and asks if I want anything besides the sandwich. Again I hold up the chips and tell him, “chips and a drink”. He somehow can not work the register correctly and needs to ask for help. I finally pay the bill, get my sandwich, chips,and a drink and off I go. When I get back to work and open my sandwich, would you believe it had cucumbers and tomatoes. Did I mention he was wearing sunglasses at the register? Jimmy John’s what kind of training do you put your employees through? You might need to revisit that!

Don’t order from this location. I ordered 7:58 pm 8/29/2023 and my food was never delivered even though it said “out for delivery” 10 minutes after my order was placed. Beyond unhappy and you’ve lost a customer.

I order from here regularly cuz sometimes we are too tired to cook dinner. About half the time my order is incorrect or something is missing. So far it’s been corrected but I think this time I just lost my $2 for a cookie that was never given to me.

They got my simple order wrong, my bread was hard as a rock, and the attitudes of the workers were rude and as if they could be doing anything else, use of foul language while customers are near, unprofessional and distasteful.

Took over an hour to get my 1 sub (beach club), and everything about the sub was wrong. I understand companies are short staffed so the 1 hour wasn’t that big of a deal until I got the sub and it was wrong and the complete opposite of what I ordered. I don’t understand how a sub can get so messed up when it says word for word on the receipt what I ordered. I wish I could share pictures to show how disappointing this sub was

Ordered 2 country clubs, 2 pickles, and 2 cookies.. Didn’t even get the correct sandwiches and 1 cookie was missing when delivered!! Had to wait extra long just to get the correct sandwiches!! My order was first made at 12:47pm and it’s now 1:56pm and still waiting on the sandwiches to get redelivered after only first noticing a cookie missing!! Not happy and very frustrating!!

No longer freaky fast. Last 2 orders from this place has taken almost an hour or longer to get. This place is 5 minutes away. Manager Riley said they have extended their delivery range and are no longer considered freaky fast and offered no help. Get this delivered if you enjoy unknown delivery times and soggy sandwiches.
