I ordered 3 piece chicken strip meal with fries. The chicken pieces were so small that they barely constituted one piece. When I showed them to the manager she said they are that size now. Funny their advertisement shows pieces 2 to 3 of very large chicken tenders. I returned the food and got my $12 back. Total ripoff. However the manager was friendly and easy to work with.

The girl working the drive-thru was okay. She wasn’t overly friendly, but neither was she rude or condescending. I guess efficient would be the best term to use. However, the guy who brought out the food had a serious attitude problem. He brought out a bag of food to us but didn’t bring out the drinks when we were asked to wait. We asked him about it, and he snarled a reply that, “she’s working on it! She’s working on it!” Unfortunately, not being mind readers, we had no way of knowing this without asking. He didn’t have to be rude in his response. We were in no way rude or demeaning and asking the question. We were asked to wait in a waiting area for the food to be delivered and when it came out, there were no drinks with it. So we politely asked about it. Then got a snarled response. After receiving the drinks, several minutes later, he walked away three steps turned around and asked so did you get it? Definitely will not be going back to this location. The girl working window was competent enough, but the guy bringing out the orders source the entire experience for everybody.

I came through the drive-thru for 8pc family meal. It was missing 2 pieces including one of the breasts, which makes it hard to feed my family. I live less than a mile away & the chicken was soggy & greasy. I’ve had problems here before & haven’t come here for a few years. It was a busy exhausting Monday & I was trying to get an easy dinner. Paid almost $40 just to be very short changed. The employees act like you are interrupting them. I will not be back. Popeyes makes it home 10 miles & still hot & crispy & every piece I paid for included!!

The Tender box of 8 with sides was over 30 dollars and the tenders where very small bite size. And I dont eat much, but this box was for my 14 yr old and his friend was too small for the outrageous price. My wife and I got the small bucket. And that made up for the tenders. For the money we spent we could of went to Olive Garden and had a better experience. Also what tables we could eat at were dirty. We took our meals home. I definitely will not be going back!

Ordered 10 piece hot wings that were alright I guess. 10 piece crispy chicken meal with fries salad gravy. Gravy not hot abd watererdd down, fries were cold, and didn’t tell me that their crispy chicken was hot and Spicey. She said it says on the board but didn’t. Chicken was cold and dry. Asked to get a refund or to get a replacement bucket abd she refused saying they would have to throw it out. Go to speak to a manager there abd he even says the same thing it would b a waste. Never ever going back there. Kfc on this location suck’s. Don’t eat here at all.

Made a mobile order in advance that would not be done until almost 30 minutes uses after I arrived. Okay whatever that is what it is, but it’s the customer service. I’m standing at the fro t for a long while without any greeting or acknowledgment. When I finally am addressed I’m told it will be another 12 minutes. The staff just carry themselves very unprofessional. Church’s is right next door.
