Ordered for delivery. First time ever where a pizzeria asked for my entire government lol. However the service from the girl on the phone was phenomenal. The delivery was super quick and the driver was also pleasant. Now the best part is the food was slamming. I ordered the cheese crust pizza, half cheese, other half pepperoni and pineapples and a side of 12 wings. Absolutely delicious. Can’t wait for the next pizza night, hopefully the experience is the same.

Horrible service. This is the second time that I order pizza requesting light sauce and when I get the pizza it is full of sauce. I contact the store and what the supervisor tells me is that his cook tells him is that he cooked them with light sauce. To me, the pictures show more than light sauce. It is not a cheap pizza to request something specific and not receive it how you ordered it.

Jeremy is the BEST team member Papa John’s has. This young man was doing a delivery when he saw me broken down on the road. In the middle of the rain he stopped and gave me a jump and made sure I was ok to hit the road. Please take care of Jeremy like he takes care of others. May God bless him always. Thanks Jeremy. I go here a lot to buy pizza, cheeseticks, and the chocolate cookie because is what my toddler loves and working so much something is hard to cook. Waited over an hour for a pizza that was promised on the Papa Johns app for 18 to 28 minutes. Called the store only to wait on hold for 15 minutes so I decided to hang up and call back and when they answers the same rep told me the manager “refused“ to get on the line. This is after waiting politely, and not even being upset with the rep that answered, but we are an hour overdue for our pizza with no resolution. The rep stated that they were waiting a delivery person to pick up their pizza so my pizza sat there waiting to be delivered for over a half an hour. I told the rep to just cancel my order and that we would go get other food and hung up. Five minutes later, the manager decided to call me, saying that a delivery person was actually on their way to my house with the pizza (not what the rep said), nor what app stated, said it was being “prepared”. He stated he was the only one making the pizzas but when my husband got there, the store was full of personnel, and only a handful of pizzas waiting to be picked up. not overwhelmed or any explanation as to why it had taken over an hour to even send the pizza on its way. If you can’t deliver at the promised time, then why take our order, why completely misrepresent the delivery time? I would not recommend.What’s worse is that we haven’t ordered from you guys in quite a long time because we have a local Italian restaurant that we tend to order genuine New York style pizza from but honestly we were craving Papa John’s pizza tonight and we were completely disappointed in the level of service this evening. All we wanted was for someone to pick up the phone and give us an update on our pizza or just cancel it for us because it was so unbelievably late. When I asked if there was going to be any compensation for the late delivery, the young lady rep had nothing to offer and just basically said that the manager didn’t want to come on the line. What is that about? Honestly, just terrible service all around and highly disappointed.
