Slowest service of any Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. 13 minutes in the drive thru (one car in front of me) for an iced tea. The employee at the window seemed completely oblivious and took close to an additional 2 minutes to run my card. Unreal.

worst dunkin’ donuts i’ve ever gone to. i repeated my order 5 times she still got it completely wrong. i ordered two things and got the complete opposite of what i ordered. honestly this place should be shut down i don’t even have time to get another breakfast because of them.

They are always so pleasant and I love the fact that they see me and already know my order. They hired a new older gentleman who is so sweet! They have also never EVER gotten my order wrong. I’ve been coming to this Dunkins for a while but will have to take my business elsewhere. For starters the woman working every morning has absolutely no understanding of customer service or how to treat another human with decency. Always rude, never tells you your total, and just regularly seems like she hates her life and everyone around it. They never have anything in stock, including coffee at eight in the morning, which is ridiculous. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but it is constant. Very disappointing.

OK enough is enough! These people are the rudest servers I have ever encountered. They lie about not having whipped cream, mocha swirl and other flavors. I am always respectful when I place my order and I always wear a mask for the servers. Time and time again they respond rudely to me. I am at the point where I will be taking my business elsewhere ie Medfield DD. It is not that difficult to be respectful and polite! I gave one star because I had to to write the review!

Stopped by today a little after 5. The guy working stood in the window talking with someone in the car in front of me completely ignoring me. I yelled at him and he finally took my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I go to that one quite a bit but I won’t anymore. Not good

This morning I went through the drive thru at this Dunkin. The woman taking our order was very rude. I tried to order glazed munchkins for my daughter and she said we don’t have any. So then I tried a glazed donut but again she said we don’t have any. We then asked what kind of donuts do you have and she said none. After we left the drive thru I called this exact Dunkin and asked if they had any glazed donuts or munchkins and that woman replied yes we do!! This isn’t the first time we have encountered a rude miserable individual at this Dunkin. Probably won’t be going back there again.
