I’m sorry but as a dunkin stan this place is bad. The drinks are never full and its really unsatisfying. It’s not fair how expensive they are but they can never fill the drinks. This is a photo of my drink how they handed it to me. I’m not the only one who notices this. The drinks and service are so inconsistent.

The staff seem unsure and poorly trained. When asked if they had a prepacked quart of rainbow sherbet in the back (they have before) the staff person looked confused. I repeated my request thinking i may not have spoken clearly. Then she went to get a manager to tell me no. That’s fine, they can’t always have every flavor.

just stopped this morning to get a water, pumpkin spice latter, and donuts before heading on a road trip with my sister. I kid you not, the water did not taste clean… the smell reminded me of a moldy musty odor. i’ve also experienced pretty poor service here in the past… no kind manners and I even had an employee argue with me about the specific title of a donut and I wasn’t even rude or anything. Maple frosted*** I guess? I said maple glazed. all I know is you shouldn’t negatively speak to customers ever.

Got a large light iced latte, (grant it, light ice… but still….) Tell my why the first 2 inches are nothing but whipped topping and this is after I sent it back to be topped off with milk…. My coffee was over $6 and they didn’t give me a straw. Had to wait more than 10 mins in the drive through and they were out of stock on standard flavors.

The coffee was good but the service was really bad. When I came in no one was standing at a cash register which is fine but the problem was no one directed me to the right one. I stood there for three minutes in a awkward silences as the 5 people up just stared at me. Another customer came in and ended going to the right cash register in which someone went over and took their order. I was angry. Why could someone not ask me if I had a to go order or at least say I can help you over here. That is all I am asking. I don’t care if you are smiling or happy or not to take my order just direct me to the right cash registers so I can get to work on time.

Just stopped by for a quick coffee and donut with my granddaughter. The server didn’t get the lid on and coffee dribbled out of the cup all over my sweatshirt and the macchiato was 2/3 foam and hardly any coffee.

the setup of this place is terrible for drive thru. only place to wait for food is halfway into the driving area so ppl can barely fit to leave. otherwise you will be holding up the entire line
